Luxury 8 beds Villa with Private Heated Pool & Resort Amenities

We had a great time gathering for a late family Christmas celebration. Kitchen was fully accessorized to facilitate the large meals we cooked. Heated pool with hot tub insert was fabulous and we spent a lot of time playing under the rare January blue skies. Also, kids and adults had such raucous fun in the playroom playing air hockey and pinball that it was tough to tear ourselves away. My wrists still ache. The house is immaculate and roomy, the beds comfortable, and the showers invite long sessions. We had so much fun we're considering making an annual weekend at this house.

The property is spacious, cozy, and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Communication with the host was quick and very efficient.

Had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning crew to finish. Only used hot tub, extra charge to heat pool. Everybody enjoyed the game room.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Nice neighborhood that's just minutes away from Lynnwood Center. Great pool and spa. Kitchen was clean and full of every appliance you could need. I really appreciated the host's correspondence with any questions I had. We were able to have a fantastic week here.

Our group of eight long time college friends enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for several cooks at one time. The deck looking over the pool was a beautiful peaceful place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location was close to the the many restaurants and boutique shops in downtown Edmonds.Kely, our host, was very responsive to all messages. A very helpful, attentive host!

Three generations of our family enjoyed a few days together swimming and playing games. Our stay was pleasant and our host was very responsive and accommodating.

The property is as shown in the listing, but the heated part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.

Our large family loved the accomodations. The kiddos loved the pool and the game room (as did the adults) and also the porch. The location is great and the host was super responsive and helpful! The kids are already asking to go back :)

It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. We may want to come back again, though.coffee maker

Great for a group with kids

My children and I stayed for 3 nights in January 2025. The house was clean, spacious, gorgeous and had a great layout. Plenty of beds & bathrooms to accommodate a family size of 5 to 8 people plus. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was delightful. The game room was a hit and the living room upstairs had the perfect setup for movie nights. Alderwood mall is only a 15 minute uber away. The only thing that could improve the property might be some sort of shade or blinds in the two living rooms. Will stay again. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend.

Nice place with a lot of amenities and also kids enjoy the game room. Kely also very responsive to make sure we have comfortable stay.

We were a group of 6 that stayed for a weekend. Our stay was pleasant. The fun features of the house like pinball machine and sauna were wonderful. We were a nonprofit board on a board retreat, and so we spent the entire weekend at the house. The location was very convenient for us. We did find much of the seating - upstairs couch and dining room chairs to be uncomfortable for long periods of time. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. Since the hot tub is attached to the pool it seemed like the water from the pool was crossing the wall into the hot tub, likely because of the recent rain. But since we didn't try the hot tub it's hard to say.

So fun and close to everything. House was perfect and host was great!!

Overall, it was a great space for eight people! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces for all of us. The dining space was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wash several of the dishes before using them because they were put away dirty. The game room was great, but 3 out of the 5 pinball machines were broken. The sauna was not working either, but the host graciously offered to have the sauna and pinball machines fixed during our stay.

This property is amazing. The photos do not donthe place justice. Everything is amazing from the time younwalk through the doors. My children ages 6 to 13 loved the game room , i would be lying if i didnt say so did the grown-up

We stayed there with family for our son's wedding. It was great fun. Loved the pool, game room and large kitchen. Everything we needed was there. Great communication too. I would stay again.

I stayed with a group of ladies for our annual get away. The home is as described. We used to pool and hot tub daily. The primary shower is wonderful with duel shower heads. The beds are comfortable. We'd stay again, however, we like to visit new locations every year.

We enjoyed staying in the cottage while we were in Edmonds for my grandson's wedding.
