Comfy 3 bedroom, pet-friendly home, big backyard, 5 minutes to Downtown Edmonds.

We had a lovely stay at this comfy dog-friendly Edmonds home. The home is spacious with many amenities. Greg is amazing to work with. He was prompt on all communications. Close to Edmonds downtown and waterfront. Easy access to highways. We look forward to renting this home again.

The home was very clean and spacious with lots of amenities. I enjoyed my morning coffee in the backyard every morning.

Everything was great. Nice place.

Overall, the house is great and we hand everything we needed. Greg communicated well regarding our concerns. Our only concern was that 1/2 of the backyard was a construction area for an additional cottage. We did not have enough notice to find another place and were concerned about privacy and safety, but Greg understood our concerns and there was no work done while we were there.

Great place in quiet neighborhood!

This 3 bedroom home is on a quiet street, walking distance to parks, and close to multiple grocery stores. Easy freeway access, too! It was a wonderful place to land while we were in town visiting family.

3 nights. Mostly stayed in to catch up with old friends. Great for just lounging around. Popcorn and movies and a nice gas fireplace. Our 4-legged friend absolutely loved the back yard. Hosts were available and responsive to help with our few questions. Would definitely rent again and recommend to others. And the restaurants in Edmonds, minutes again, were yummy!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable.

This home had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the cozy living room with the fireplace.

The house was so clean, that was appreciated. Just a few thoughts from experience at staying at other VRBO's:I think the sliding glass doors could blinds or drapes, it felt to exposed at night.A rug at the entry to leave your shoes.I realize it's winter, but the back yard appears to need a little TLC (I have a thing about beautiful yards, so take this comment as my hang up), it is a really good yard for allowing pet(s) and I image in Spring and Summer it's nice.The cupboards where fine with what was left in them, (but again this is just me), I would have the cleaning crew totally clean out the frig.

This property was adorable, easy to access and very clean. I have family in Edmonds and this is definitely my new go to place to stay. I have already shared the link to other family members. I highly recommend this listing.
