Stayed Apr 12, 2025Villa 17 is the best one on the property, very private yet close to the pool/beach access. Very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room everywhere, especially on the oversized patio offering amazing views up and down the beach. Onsite staff are friendly and helpful so it’s easy to get help with your bags, a taxi or booking an adventure. Two pools, a decent bar/restaurant and hammocks add to the condo experience. Easy 10 minute walk to convenience store and Atlantis. We think Cabbage Beach is the best on NPI/PI and highly recommend this place.

Stayed Nov 16, 2025Host was very welcoming. The villa was beautiful ! Offered daily cleaning service. Never had that before. Only wish was for the pool to be heated.Viola's was open and what an amenity !My family and I had a great time.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024The place we stayed was perfect. Beautiful beachfront property with enough room for 10 adults. Loved the private beach. It was difficult to get food at times so plan ahead. Violas was disappointing ( we once had to wait 2.5 hours to get fried bar food).
