Luxury 4BR 4BTH Villa & Casita in Tamarindo Beach, Private Pool, steps to Beach

Great for my family(7 persons) trip. Nice just a few steps to the beach

The villa is a fabulous place for a vacation. Close to the beach, lots of good restaurants, markets, surf shop, etc. It has a really good vibe. Can't wait to return!

Both our grandkids who used the pool got ear infections and we had to go to urgent care. We assume it was the pool water which was not disinfected properly. Also we struggled with the internet. We had to keep resetting the router

Loved this house. It was far enough to get away from the people but close enough to walk to tons of fun. We all had a blast and the house was beautiful. Would 100% recomend this house.

Had a great stay for 5 nights in March, everything as described. Great location, very clean, easy to access, very secure. Loved the local iguanas! We'll be back!

Great home for 3 couples. Everything was better than expected; the pool, location, kitchen was well enough stocked for private chef to prepare a meal, place was clean, bed was comfortable, property managers replied quickly to any question. I'd stay again and recommend to friends.

The property layout was one of the best we’ve experienced. Abundance of privacy for friends and/or family traveling together and lots of common area and private pool for getting together. On the downside, moderate traffic on the gravel road adjacent to the property throws dust that settles on the pool deck. Not a deal breaker, but slightly annoying. Also before arrival, be sure to ask that the pool be cleaned before and at least once during your stay. The wind can knock debris from trees into the pool that settles on the bottom. Otherwise, fabulous!

The property was well maintained. The location was perfect - we did not need a rental car since beach and other places to eat were walking distance.

Ideal spot to stay with one or two families. Close to the beach, surf shops, restaurants, etc. the house was clean, cool, the pool was perfect, and the kitchen was well equipped for basic meals. Outdoor bbq and patio was awesome. Each room had its own a/c which was great. The room above the garage was difficult to manage the a/c with it blowing directly on the bed. Hard to sleep when it was too cold or too hot in that room, but all spaces inside were easy to customize. What a perfect, safe, private, centrally located option. Stayed over Christmas and new years which was super busy, but very fun!

This property was perfect for our group. There were five of us - one being a 20 year old home from university for holiday break. He had the separate guest house all to himself & loved having that space. His parents and us had the tons of room in the main house. The house was very clean and comfortable with air conditioners in every room. The kitchen was well appointed and large so we enjoyed cooking together and barbequing on the patio. It is easy to spend lots of time spent on the shaded patio and cooling off in the pool.Since we had a car rental it was so nice to have a garage. It was comforting knowing our vehicle was safely tucked away when were weren't out exploring. The location is nice as you are away from the busyness of downtown Tamarindo but it is very easy walk into the town center where there are lots of shops and restaurants. It is also a very short walk to the beach where you can enjoy walking the sandy beach or just soaking up the sun. And the sunsets sitting at the beach can be quite spectacular

Excellent property and perfect location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the 3 minute walk to enjoy happy hours. I’d definitely stay here again
