Luxurious Villa with ecopool-next to the sea, close to Athens! Strict cleaning!

Realy nice and quiet place to enjoy a fantsastic holiday. Close to a nice and empty beach, beautifull Panorama. We had very good days in the house and the area!

Lovely clean property with lots of little touches like dishwasher tablets, water, insect plug ins. Beautiful clean pool. Good air conditioning and great facilities. Very quiet location. Roads very bumpy and no restaurants within walking distance but a few within a short drive.

Beautiful high value villa with an amazing view and a so comfortable terrasse. The big swimming pool was really clean and always warm enough, perfect. The small beach nearby is really 300 m down the road. Serafeim was really helpfull, a so Nice person! Everything was perfect with even a fig tree and a lemon tree in the garden :)

It is a beautiful villa located in a wonderful place, where it seems that large scale tourism has not yet arrived. It has a well equipped kitchen and a large living room with all that you need to be comfortable. From its huge terrace you have a spectacular view of the bay and in the swimming pool area you can enjoy reading or relaxing in the comfortable loungers in total privacy. Near the house there is a beautiful cove where you can take a bath in the very calm waters of this beaches, where we almost did not see a wave in every day that we was there. You can go there on foot and on the way it’s usual to find a specimen of the endemic Greece’s turtle Testudo marginata. There are also several restaurants just a few minutes away by car. The villa is highly recommended not only by itself but also by its location. In addition, it was a pleasure to meet Serafeim, its owner, and his lovely family. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Thanks to Katarina and Serafeim for this amazing and their lovely house. The view is incredible and fantastic. The place is so perfect with absolutly no noice. Thanks to serafeim always available when you need some informations. The situation of the house is Perfect away from noisy touristic area. All is very confortable. We had a great week at this villa, very quiet and relaxing with beautiful views of the sea. Serafeim was very friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend this villa for a quiet, peaceful holiday in an unspoilt location. The beds were comfortable, gas BBQ, plenty of shade including a shady spot for the car. There is a very nice beach bar 5 minutes drive away with good bar food and a pretty beach. Taverna at the top of the hill was very unfriendly, not recommended although it had great views!

We had a wonderful week at the Villa Kasehrina. The house was well equipped, spacious, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was very special, mainly thanks to the incredible views over the sea to Evvia. The private pool was a fantastic facility but we were also able to swim in the sea at small quiet beach close by. We would definitely recommend this villa and thank the owners for being so being so helpful and welcoming.

Just back from a great 2 weeks holiday in this Villa. Stunning scenery in a quiet location. Villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a great holiday, a good size kitchen and a great open plan living area with plenty of room for everyone. As well as one large fantastic verandah there are lots of other outside spaces both for sun and shade. Swimming pool was great and used every day especially after a day out exploring the lovely countryside and places of interest. Sarefeim the owner was very helpful and even offered to meet us en-route to show us supermarkets etc. Would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a quiet get away from it all holiday. The only downside for us was that the nearest Taverna and Beach bar within walking distance didn't open until the end of June, but that didn't stop us having some lovely meals out in the nearby villages.
