Luxurious Villa Luna with a swimming pool and a fantastic sea and sunset view

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels 0n the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

Villa Luna, has been completely renovated and is located on the hill overlooking Korissia, the Port of Kea. From the villa one has a panoramic sea and sunset view, so just sit back on one of the comfortable chairs with a glass of wine and enjoy the amazing view.

The villa outside has a large patio with an infinity swimming pool, sun beds, chaise lounge, a BBQ and a dining table for 12 people. To the side of the villa there is a bar and another dining table for 8 people. From every area outside there is a sea view, be it the dining area, the bar, from the sunbeds or the swimming pool.

Villa Luna is on 2 levels and again offers a sea view from every room.

Interior Description:

Upper level (pool level) : A living room with large windows overlooking the port of Kea. a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Leading off the living room there is a guest w.c.with a shower and a master bedroom (queen size bed), with an office area and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.

Lower level (ground floor); A Master bedroom (queen size bed) with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. There is also a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a third bedroom with bunk beds, the lower bed is 1.20 X 2.00 and the upper bunk bed is 1,00 X 2.00. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a rain shower. All the lower bedrooms lead out on to a patio.
