Having a stunning and spacious backyard for events and social gathering. It is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life without going out of town.

Note: No party allowed at any circumstances.

The property:
Only Main-floor and First floor is included in this listing (2 Stories). 3 story approx 5000 sqft house. Without basement it is 2 stories. There are 4 Bedrooms With 3.5 Bathrooms, 3 Living rooms which is tastefully decorated, 2 Oak Staircases, Kitchen w/Granite Countertops & Spacious Breakfast/dinning area, the Backyard has approx 900 sqft deck with rear garden furniture. Front porch has bistro to enjoy lazy afternoon.

★Fully equipped kitchens with amenities like a coffee machine, toaster, juicer,microwave,rice cooker, Dish washer, Gas burner, refrigerator, pots & pans, spoons, plates, glasses, wine glasses, basic spices including salt, pepper and oil, dish soap, paper kitchen napkins, can opener, knives, cutting board, tea, coffee.
Note: all items are for startup and we do not restock those during your stay.
★we will provide Laundry pods for startup.
★3 Living areas and dining areas with lots of sitting arrangement.
★Outdoor patio with rear collection of garden furniture and outdoor sofa sets.
★2 Parking spots on the driveway.
Additional car parking (after 2 car) charge cad 50 per night and applied without any notification.

Guests will have private access to the backyard and the entire house except the basement.
The guest could enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3.5 washrooms, 3 living rooms, kitchen, dinning area, front porch & backyard.
one room in up-stair, 3 storage cabinets( 2 in main floor & 2 in upstairs) and garage is not part of the rent and those spaces are using for storage.

We prefer Vrbo app to communicate.

-Security cameras actively monitor the house entrances, recording audio and video.
All the cameras are all around the house and every entry. The cameras are in the front porch, main entry door, Driveway, side of the house, backyard of the house because there are also entry door in the backyard, laundry room (there are entry door from the garage and side entrance of the house).
- No gathering in front of the house.
-Park your vehicle in the designated space on my driveway which I will send you prior to come.
-Max 2 vehicles per booking.
-Please ensure you check your belongings before checking out, as hosts are not responsible for keeping guests' items.

Note: Please let us know before 7days of check-in and put them back when you check-out! - kid crib (handle fee $100) - iron➌ We ONLY allow certain numbers of guests/visitors with prior permission. No unregistered guests and visitors. Last minute notification or bring extra guests, whether stay or not, will result in $800 fine. The charge will be applied without notify. ) ➍ NO commercial photo shoots and videos without prior approval! ❺ NO vehicles park along the street. Find an alternative public parking area if the drive way is full. ❻ Keep noise levels and shower use to a minimum after 11PM. ➐ More rules: - NO pets. No pet as well as no service dog is allowed because my daughter has allergy. - NO firearms or fireworks. -NO gathering or standing in front or Outside the property or Side of the property. -NO large gathering more than the 10 guests. (including family members Visitors, etc...) -NO trespassing to the other Properties. -NO wheel chair access or NO stair-lift. Note: There are steps to enter the house. - Outdoor shoes not inside, bring your own slippers or use ours; -Video surveillance monitoring and recording 24/7 at the outside parameter of the building for safety, security and avoid trespassing. - No playing, running or shouting inside the house. -No tapes on any surface at any circumstances. -No glitters or small pieces of papers. -No fire arms in the property. - Mail/parcels can NOT be sent to this address; - NO eating and drinking in couches and bedrooms. Extra cleaning fees will be charged; - Few storage rooms or mechanic rooms are NOT accessible; ➒ Guests are responsible for a basic cleaning the space before checkout (indoor & outdoor). - Load and start the dishwasher. Pre-rinse the dishes and cups before putting into the dishwasher. Do not forget to take off the cleaner's cover. $100 repair fee may be charged if using the dishwasher improperly; - Clean patio tables, gather all foods and garbage; - Empty the refrigerator; - Turn off all lights, TV. - If garbage bins are full, kindly put bags beside the bins; ➓ Check-out later than 2 hours will be charged next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property. ❾ We allow guests hire private chefs, caterers, yoga teachers or massagists. We will need the person's license, contact information and company information at least 7 days prior check-in. ➓ Be mindful of natural animals and insects, like raccoons, Coyote. Always close outdoors, patio doors and window screens during summer time to prevent mosquitoes, bees and other flying insects.
