Luxurious Private 4 Bedroom Villa, all en-suite 5 minutes to Oludeniz Beach

Villa Paulina is a modern new four bedrooms villa all with a private en-suite and balcony with views of the mountains and the sea, on a clear evening you can see the lights of the Greek Island of Rhodes.
We chose our Villa because of it’s location, close enough to the nightlife at Oludeniz and Hisaronu, but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet when you want it.

There are variety of excellent bars and restaurants within a short walking distance from the Villa to suit alltastes and budgets.

We are located 5 minutes by car or taxi from the beautiful beach at Oludeniz and the famous Blue Lagoon, and 15 minutes to Fethiye.

Inside the villa we have a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, glasses, plastic glasses for outdoor use, cutlery, pots pans, all you would possibly need to cater for your holiday.

Lounge, with sofa and chairs and a Smart TV with full uk and full international channels including all sports, movies etc also with sliding doors out to the pool area

Our Villa has underfloor heating throughout and air conditioning in all rooms.

Outside there is a 10m x 5m private heated swimming pool, for the cooler months, sun loungers, parasols ,outdoor double day bed, outdoor dining area, outdoor sofa , armchairs and table to sit around and have a cool drink, BBQ and an outdoor shower

Turkey is an open air museum with a huge array of ancient sites to visit, and a huge array of day trips including jeep safaris, quad biking, paragliding, white water rafting, scuba diving, deep sea fishing etc, etc. There is a huge market in Fethiye every Tuesday and also a large market at Calis Beach on a Sunday.
