Ground Floor Apartment on a private complex with gardens and swimming pool

Everything about the apartment was great for us. Kitchen etc was fully furnished with everything we needed. Air Con was spot on. WiFi throughout was a benefit. Communication with the owner was brilliant and always available to help when needed. A great holiday experience. Graeme & Deborah.

A good experience all round

We have just enjoyed another fantastic holiday at the Sunshine Apartments, so much so we have rebooked with Erkan again for next year. He is a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble he even helped with arranging our transfers to and from Dalaman Airport The apartment is well equipped with everything anyone would need, a real home from home Great location with access to lots of lovely restaurants only a stones throw away. Complex is very quiet and has a lovely swimming pool right outside your door.

We have had a fabulous holiday which passed too quickly. Apartment was very comfortable and met all our needs. Great location close to good restaurants, local market and route into Fethiye or Chalis beach.

What can we say. What a fantastic holiday we have just had in this beautiful well equipped apartment. Nothing could of been better. It's location was perfect. It had everything we needed, so much so we have booked again to stay next year. Erkan the owner was very helpful throughout, he even arranged our transfers to and from Dalaman airport and always responded to any questions or requests in double quick time. Thank you so much Erkan and thank you for letting us stay again in 2023

Whole booking process and arrival process was seamless, even booked transfers. Overall the apartment was excellent. We had a very relaxing week in Calis. Please consider the excellent location of this apartment when booking, you might find alternatives on the outskirts but will spend extra time and money living day to day. Best bakery and cafe babafirin 5 minutes walk Supermarket 3 minutes Sunday Market 3 minutes Beach front 10-15 minutes Taxi butron is on the gate, 15 lira to the beach, we always rounded up to 20

Second time we have stayed at this property and will not be the last. Everything you need and the great advantage with this apartment is that its on the ground floor directly next to the pool, so ideal if you have children. We go in October so had the pool to ourselves although a 20 min walk is the beach. I would really recommend this apartment to anyone.

Overall impression was one of pleasant surprise at the facilities available. The apartment was exactly as described on the website. A couple of minor niggles were sorted promptly by Julian - including locking ourselves out on the first night !! Only comment about thet site, is that as it is a mix of resident families with children, and visitors, it could get a bit noisy at times around the pool area. Which brings me to my only complaint aboutr our stay. Arriving late on a Sunday evening , we naturally wanted to use the pool on the Mondayand were informed by an on site resident ( ? from A block who owned 3 dogs)that it was closed on Mondays, We queried this with Julian and he knew nothing of itand apparently neither did the owner. It appears that the reason was a problem with the filtration system which needed replacing. ( This started back in July/August) On questioning a Resident it appears that the problem was discussed at an owners / site management meeting and the decision was made to close one day a week.. Whilst respecting the decision it appears that the decision was NOT communicated to the non resident owners, neither was any information made available to the rental apartments. to make them aware of the situation. I would also like to point out that a simailar pool problem developed on another site ( Mix of resident and rental) and the problem was dealt with within 48 hours.. In addition, there was a plate on the wall adjacent to our appartment with water quality details, this was last dated 20th August !!!!

Our 3rd visit to this apartment. (2nd this year)Excellent location for all amenities. Clean and spacious apartment (we love it) pool is cleaned everyday and the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Excellent communication with owner and management company check to make sure everything is ok during your stay. This apt. Will always be our first choice in calis as we cannot fault it/gets booked up really quickly so don't hesitate if you're looking for a nice apt.
