Relax and recharge in your private backyard paradise:

Heated, chlorine-infused, shallow infinity pool & spa, perfect for day or night swims, with an electric cover. Pool temperatures are around 75°F in the summer without heating, and we ask not to heat the pool during the winter months. Walking children are not permitted as there are unprotected heights (20 feet) over the edge of the infinity pool.

Covered patio with/ string lights, dining area, and BBQ grill. Outdoor kitchen features a built-in beer tap (keg refills for guest purchase at $150), ice machine, and beverage refrigerator.

Booking Info

- No parties or events

- No smoking inside or outside. Santa Barbara is a smoke-free city

- The property features high-end furnishings, artwork, and leather sofas. The property with be thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to check-in, and any damage will be the responsibility of the guests.

- No children are allowed unless specifically requested and approved by the owner

- Guests will be requested to sign a liability waiver upon reservation confirmation

- Ring camera installed on main entrance; no recording devices inside the home

- Bi-weekly professional cleaning required at $250 a service


CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Full refund available up to 24 hours before check-in
- A 4% credit card processing fee applies to cancellations via direct bookings at any time.
