The home was spacious, provided plenty of space for our large group. It was very clean and had great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were very spacious. The location was great to all of the courses we played. The staff at Ledges was very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely look to staying with Ledges Vacation Rentals again!

The property was very clean and comfortable. I left a message for management about many, many ants going across the driveway which we had a step through to get into the villa. There was no response in the three nights we stayed there. The hot tub had a strange smell that made us cough so we used the hot tub at the community pools. Check in and out was easy and the villa had everything we needed.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo, but with a few problems. We found out that the condo had just changed owners before our arrival. Curtain rod was half missing on great room window; no way to close curtain at night. Dishwasher needs maintenance. Garage has ping pong table in it so car could not be pulled in. Kitchen faucet needs repair. Be sure and check fire pit for propane on arrival. Outdoor chairs on patio were all broken. The maintenance crew is very responsive on anything they can help with and arrive within hours. The location is perfect and the pool was very nice. New owners just need to review the interior. We enjoyed the spaciousness and overall ambience.
