Lux Villa 30 with 5 bedrooms in El Duque area, just 250m from the beach

It’s a great location. We had lots of space and Daria who managed the Villa was great. We will be back next year

A lovely villa, we thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Villa is beautiful with lots of space. 3 couples stayed and was able to have a floor to each couple. Location is great local to 2 beaches and lots of bars/restaurants within 5-10mi walk.

Perfect property for our group to base ourselves The Villa was brilliant. Daria was available if we needed her and organised pick up and drop offs at the airport for 10 of us. Would 100% recommend

Wow! This property was fantastic. We booked for a family holiday however after reading megative reviews has some doubts. We had nothing to worry about everything was fantastic from the minute wearrived at the villa to leaving

Superbly appointed villa in the centre of Costa Adeje, but very quiet at night. Loads of space, lovely pool, good outside space including a roof top terrace. Air Con is ok but would probably be insufficient if it was really hot, apart from the main bedroom on the top floor which was excellent. French doors on to the roof terrace and pool area are locked by a top bolt and u less you are 6ft tall they would be out of reach without a chair to stand on. Doors themselves were extremely heavy to slide. Villa is brilliantly located, up the hill to the Duke shopping Ctr and down to Fañabe and the beaches and proms with bars & restaurants. Villa location is hilly, and the property itself can only be accessed via the hill and steps so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, if you’re fit & healthy and want a spacious villa which is very close to all that Adeje has to offer, this is a great choice!

Brilliant location close to lots of restaurants, beach, shops. Communication with daria the manager was brilliant very responsive and helpful. This property worked well for families with rooms over 3 floors. Large family living space and pool was great. Only had a couple of little issues, pool temperature was lower than expected when heated- pool guy came to look but it was still 23degrees in the morning despite heating being on. Clothes dryer broke while we were staying there which was unfortunate but had lots of maidens for clothes drying.

Lovely large villa in excellent location, near to beach, bars, restaurants, amazing shops and two supermarkets. Very quiet apart from early Saturday and Thursday mornings when the adjacent market stalls were being put up (4.00am). Best storage in bathrooms and bedrooms I have seen. However, very disappointed that the two bedrooms on the main floor are NOT ensuite as claimed in the property description. Walking from the kitchen, there are two bathrooms and then two bedrooms at the end of the corridor. This was really disappointing as this is our first criteria when searching for holiday villas. As couples travelling together it is important that everyone has their own privacy, and this is not the case when you have to walk along the corridor to the bathroom. The drainage system in the two lower floor sinks was broken, and there was a problem with the TV but someone quickly called at the villa to sort these out.
