It is a short 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and the local weekly market, and just a further 5-minute stroll through the pretty cobbled shopping streets to the picturesque harbour with it many fabulous restaurants.

The ground floor is spacious with a large sitting room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a cloakroom. Two sets of sliding patio doors open out on to the large terrace area and pool with views over Kalkan Bay.



The first floor consists of two large spacious bedrooms with own balconies overlooking the pool - one bedroom with king bed and en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room.

The 2nd floor bedroom also has a kingbed with its own en-suite with jacuzzi bath and opens out on to the roof terrace with stunning views over the bay.

A further two put-up beds are available if required.



Outside you can enjoy the private gardens with its many flowers, fruit trees and beautiful landscaping. The large swimming pool is south facing and enjoys the sun all day long. There are 8 sunbeds for sunbathing. The terrace has a semi shaded pergola to enjoy alfresco dining with a table for 8 people, and a luxury outdoor sofa seating area which is a perfect retreat from the full sun, along with the hammock under the shady trees.
