Enjoy beachside bliss in this four-bedroom villa fit for families and friends alike. When you're not strolling on the beach or swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, relax next to your private pool (3.5m x 5m, depth from 1.2m to 1.85m) and soak up some of the Mediterranean rays. A free-standing barbecue is available for grilling and enjoying succulent foods under the shaded patio dining area.



Inside the210-square-meter villa, kick back in a sunny living room with leather sofas, which shares space with a charming dining table. A few steps away is a fully-equipped kitchen with additional seating, where you can enjoy a quick breakfast before setting off to explore Puerto Pollensa and the sandy beaches.



Just off the living room is the master double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There are also three additional bedrooms: (2) two single beds with access to a bathroom, (3) two single beds that share a full bathroom with bedroom 4, and (4) two single beds that share a full bathroom with bedroom 3. The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed.



At the end of the street, there is a playground and sand pit where parents can take their children to play.



Guests can enjoy proximity to local sites such as Pollença (7.3km) and Cala St. Vicente (8.2km). Other necessary amenities include a supermarket and restaurants, both 100m away.
