We were told it's not our problem, call the marina. Poor management, nice clean condo.

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that the water taxi did not travel to the island before noon. We like to go to the beach in the morning. There were only 2 restaurants to choose from. Our Villa had worms on the floor. We got little red itchy bites allover our bodies. There were bugs in the couch. The shower came out in a blast -no end on it.

Check in was very simple. The surrounding property, restaurant and pool area was wonderful. The unit itself, upon arrival it had a very musty, old smell. We opened the doors trying to air out. Furnishings are very tired and in need of some updating as well as the appliances. No internet , my husband was trying to work a little one morning and had to take his laptop to the pool area. Really enjoyed the water taxi over to Rum bay restaurant for dinner. Everyone at the Marina was very friendly and welcoming. This was our first VRBO experience, won't be our last but will definitely be more diligent about my research. We picked this location because it was near friends we were visiting.

A very well kept pool with friendly neighbors. Additionally, condo conviently located to gulf beaches, retail establishments, restaurants, and not to mention just a short jump to Boca Grande.
