We had a great experience and we will come back again, the villa has a great panoramic view of the sea, town, and mountains. It's also a short distance from Kaputas beach. Hakan was very helpful and Mehmet would stop by every day to clean outside and to see if we needed anything. He also helped us schedule a boat ride with lunch included, and showed us where to get the best pastries. I highly recommend staying at this villa

This VRBO property exceeded every expectation. After making a short-notice change of plans, we made our way to Antalya and on to Kalkan and the surrounding beaches and seaside towns for an amazing vacation. The sunsets were breathtaking looking out from 4 balcony floor views across the infinity pool. The spacious kitchen and living room was the perfect backdrop for big family style meals and the house was more than enough room for our group of 10. Plan ahead and don't be shy to make a trip during the winter months! We enjoyed our Christmas Holiday / New Year stay with 70 degree weather and daily swimming in the ocean and pool. We are already planning our next visit!

This villa is located within a 5 minute taxi ride into Kalkan town centre (it is a very hilly area) with stunning uninterrupted views out to sea. Two of the 5 bedrooms have an absolute wow factor about them, with enormous balcony’s and comfortable seating to watch the sunset across the bay. The next largest room has 2 small balconies but no sea views. The last 2 remaining bedrooms are smaller but perfectly adequate with en-suites. Downstairs is just one huge open space with kitchen and a vast living area with comfortable settees. The lounge leads out onto a large outdoor living area and beautiful infinity pool / loungers. We were a group of 6 adults and couldn’t find fault with anything. Our special thanks goes to Hakan who helped with all of our arrangements making our holiday preparations smooth and seamless - including organising our extremely comfortable taxi transfers. Mehmet popped in daily to clean the pool and check that everything was to our liking. We definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.
