Luxury vacation home with stunning views of Lake Lipno. Next to the forest and located 50m from the skipiste. The house is perfect for families with children. The surroundings are quitte and there are plenty of active activities available. There will be additional costs charged for each stay upon arrival: - cleaning costs: 45 euros. Bedlinnen: 5,50 per person per stay. Tax 1,50 pp/pn. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning cost of 70 euro per stay.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023The villa is spacious and well equipped for a family holiday. It's situated up quite a steep hill from the lakeside village close to the woods and ski lift in a small neighborhood of similar houses. We had a few issues with some things which the caretaker was largely able to take care of. Staying as a family of 9 adults was not ideal in the sleeping arrangements and we would not recommend the bunkbeds for adults, even though the caretaker fixed the stability of it. The living area downstairs was great for everyone to relax in and 2 bathrooms with washing/drying facilities ideal. The garden area is quite small with no room for any outside game activity with quite a sheer drop at the back. Lovely view of the lake from the back of the house. (The photos on this site are from 2 different houses. We stayed in the one without snow. The in and out check times are also not accurate, according to the caretaker is 3pm and 10 am)
