The Grande Liberty Suite consists of the ground floor, with garden and parking space, of the renowned Villa Gregorietti, finished building in 1929 on the happy intuition of the first owner Salvatore Gregorietti (my grandfather), esteemed decorator and all-round artist, collaborator of the Arch. Basile who certainly influenced his grandfather in positioning and structural definition and in the decorative solutions that characterize Villino Gregorietti, one of the symbols of Mondello Liberty, the new beach of the recently reclaimed Palermitans.
The villa located on the corner of Piazza Valdesi and Viale Regina Elena, on the right side of the square for those arriving from the city, is divided into three real estate units: the ground floor we are describing, the first floor plan which is identical and the Torretta located on the second floor, quite smaller but with three amazing terraces which dominate the entire Gulf of Mondello.
Needless to say, since it is our family emblem, we try to keep it as intact as possible with great dedication and love.
The ground floor is characterized by a cross plant with a dining room in the center which opens onto a splendid partly covered terrace which, in the summer, constitutes its natural extension, in winter frames the large window with four halves which takes light. On both sides of the living room, arranged in an absolutely symmetrical way, there are two large air-conditioned bedrooms both with a window on the garden and a French door that communicates with the large front terrace.
Behind the living room there is a third air-conditioned bedroom, more small, which can be furnished with two single beds or with a third double bed. This room also communicates with the garden through a French door.
On the corridor that joins the entrance door to the kitchen, crossing the entire body of the house, there are two bathrooms with large showers with glass walls which are the flagship of the two services, renovated with the whole apartment just three years ago.
Finally, the spacious and bright kitchen with window and French door to the garden. It is equipped with a 4-burner gas machine and electric oven, refrigerator with no frost freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, ironing board and cabinets with modern wall units that complete the equipment.
The entire apartment is served by an independent natural gas heating system with room thermostat.
The garden, with shower for the return from the beach, is reserved on the ground floor except for the common parts of the entrance, parking and exit of the cars belonging to the occupants of the upper floors.
On each floor there is a reserved parking space in the garden.
