Stayed Jul 16, 2023Pros The staff are very friendly and attentive. Communication is easy with the property manager. The villa is spacious and beds are comfortable each room has a bathroom, it's we'll set out and everyone get there own space. Cons The photos on the site are very old and don't show the current condition of the property.. Unfortunately there are just too many things to overlook. The water cooler gave my husband and electric shock, there are no filters for the coffee machine so stuff just poures gounds into the water jug part of the machine, towels are not replaced unless you leave them in the car port, the villa is in the middle of nowhere, nothing is in walking distance so you have to taxi everywhere or get food delivered that's if the driver can even find the place, there is no information about delivery services at the villa or any information about anything, the gardens only have a few living plants unlike the jungle in the photos, none of the TVs in the rooms work, the chemicals in the pool gave my kids rashes and burt there eyes. The villa is in a local neighborhood and very smelly dirty one at that here are dogs everywhere, keep the doors shut they will let themselves in, there are roosters everywhere that crow all the time and the master bedroom shares a wall with a neighbouring family and you can hear everything even the kids cartoons in the morning. There are so many more little things as well too many to list.
