Large villa with heated pool directly on the lagoon beach with private jetty

Excellent service all round, beautiful villa and great at keeping in touch and updating us. Although we appreciate the high level of maintenance on the property it was slightly off putting having workmen, pool men, gardeners come around every day when we wanted some private time to sunbathe. Would love to return and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa and wished we could stay for longer. It is very comfortable and spacious. All the rooms just as described. The kitchen had everything you need. The highlight for everyone was the beautiful outdoor space and the pool. Danielle was so kind and helpful. Groceries, shops and beaches are not walking distance, but it is easy to order and cab or tuc tuc and a short ride away. A lovely place to escape and relax, we hope to visit again.

We had a very happy time. No issues at all with the holiday. Beautifully organised by the host and the agent - both very attentive and the house had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay so we were familiar with the villa. Everything was exactly as listed and pre-arrival contact with the owner was timely and comprehensive. The local management company are very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. The villa is really well equipped with everything you need, plus much that we didn't! The addition of a water filter/heater was great. The area is quiet and feels secure. It is approx 40 minute walk to the downtown area or just 35 Egyptian pounds for a tuc-tuc. Hope to return again next year.

A fantastic villa in a lovely peaceful location easy to get tuc tucs to get around spent lots of lazy days by the pool .Dive people picked us up to go diving. The villa has everything you need spotless inside we arranged for cleaners to come in half way through the holiday. .the outside space is lovely the pool was fantastic! Grandchildren loved it , Kept clean everyday by the pool man ? communication with the owner was brilliant gave all the information we needed . Would love to stay again, highly recommend.

Brilliant villa with immaculate pool and gardens. Private access to lagoon right behind the garden gives a very different dimension to the stay. Fully private and quiet yet close to downtown hub of El Gouna. The owner is highly efficient and supportive answering numerous questions prior to our stay and helped with car-hire etc, over and above expectations. Will almost certainly return soon.

We absolutely loved staying here!! Nothing could have been more perfect! The view! The pool! The kitchen! The location! The check- in process! It was a little chilly when we arrived and they already had the pool heated. It is close to dive shops and they will pick you up, close to the marina and shopping. Plus so quiet and relaxing. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us!!!

A lovely property with a good pool and an excellent outdoor area for relaxing. Really enjoyed our time there. A well equipped property, a little bit away from things but Tuk Tuk rides are cheap and easy. Would recommend.

We visited the villa last October and it was our first time in El Gouna. Our vacation was amazing. The house was beautiful and clean and the area was great as well. We had breakfast at the terrace daily and we enjoyed it very much, especially with the view. The week before our trip to El Gouna, Ulrich contacted us and informed us about our stay which was very useful. Everyday a poolman cleanes the swimmimgpool and there even was also a Nespresso coffee machine! In downtown El Gouna there are a lot of spots where you can have nice dinners and where you can shop. The villa has further all the equipments you need. We made a lot of memories and we hope to be back one day. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!
