Villa Bibbona is a large Tuscany villa rental, perfect for large groups of family and friends. Faithfully restored using traditional techniques, it provides a stunning place to stay for your next Tuscany holiday. For those travelling in two groups who want to be together but also enjoy some privacy, the house can be split into two separate apartments each with four bedrooms. However, these can also be joined together via an internal staircase to create one large villa.

TheSpace:
Inside, this large Tuscany villa rental is laid out over two floors and measures approximately 600 square metres.

On the ground floor, there is a large living area, dining room, kitchen, WC and four bedrooms, all boasting ensuite bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a second kitchen, dining area and living room along with another 4 bedrooms, again all with ensuite bathrooms. There is also an additional WC. Five additional beds can be provided allowing the property to sleep up to 21 guests in total.

Outside there is a private swimming pool (12m x 6m and 1.5 metres deep) at this large Tuscany villa rental which can be heated on request. The pool is open from mid April to the end of October each year. The pool is perfectly positioned to make the most of the views and is surrounded by loungers, deckchairs and parasols.

For those who enjoy dining al fresco, there is a stunning south facing terrace furnished with long metal table and chairs and a BBQ and outdoor oven, perfect for long lunches and dinners. There is also a second terrace leading from the first floor of this large Tuscany villa rental which also enjoys incredible views and again is equipped with outdoor furniture as well as a built in BBQ. A table tennis table is provided for your enjoyment.

Please note that there are some additional charges payable locally. These including a final cleaning fee of 500 euros. Gas is charged at 6 euros per cubic metre and is payable on departure based on consumption. If guests would like the pool heated, this is charged at 6 euros per cubic metre of gas. Similarly, if guest would like to use it, air conditioning is payable on departure based on usage and is charged at a rate of 0.80 euros per KW.

Dogs are welcome but there is a small additional fee of 50 euros per dog due to the additional cleaning required.

This large Tuscany villa rental is situated in the Tuscan hills of Bibbona, close to the village of Guardistallo just 13 km from the coast and nearest beaches. It enjoys incredible 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside, and can boast absolute privacy and tranquility. The nearest shops and restaurants are 4 km away in Casale Marittimo whilst the closest beaches are at the Marina di Bibbona 17 km away. It's also perfectly placed for exploring many of Tuscany's other most beautiful towns and villages including Volterra, Montescudaio, Ripabella and San Gimignano.
