This fully renovated villa (including the pool) is centrally located in Jan Thiel East and features a pool on a cul-de-sac. This villa, with a studio, sleeps up to 9 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo are a 5-minute and 10-minute drive away, respectively.

The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen offer ample space, regardless of the number of guests.

The villa has 4 bedrooms (sleeping 9), one of which is a studio with a kitchenette. The studio is accessible through the villa itself and via a private entrance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa also has 2 camp beds.

The spacious 800m² plot offers plenty of privacy and is ideally situated in the wind. There are ample shade thanks to the two spacious porches, one at the back and one at the front. The back porch has a large dining table (360x100cm) with 8 chairs. Next to the porches is a brick-built barbecue. Eight sun loungers are available by the pool. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.

At the front of the villa, on the street, you can park two cars in front of the private electric sliding gate and between the sliding gate and the entrance gate. Two cars can be parked in the shade under the carport.

We stayed at Villa Panseiku for 82 days (January - March, 2023) and were very happy with the property. The property manager was excellent and was very responsive to a few minor issues. The villa was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The large pool in the rear was great.
