Large mansion, swimming pool, for 8 people, 1400 m from the beach

We had a wonderful stay in this top of the hill beautiful home. The decks are amazing. The home and property have everything you need to enjoy your stay on the Ligurian Sea in Italy. Hosts were friendly and available but respected our privacy. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with an amazing view.

So spacious, clean and comfortable. We were three couples and had the flexibility to spread out and come together round the numerous tables, sitting areas and terraces. Super table tennis table, badminton lawn and pool in immaculately maintained gardens. And last but not least, Maria and Georgio were delightful, welcoming us at the start, serenading as we left but in between giving us space to enjoy their fabulous property.

We arrived without a car and Marie was incredibly kind helping us get our supplies. Both Marie and Georgio made us feel very welcome in sharing their home. There is a local shop which will deliver milk/bread each moring before 10.00am. The pool is fantastic and was constantly maintained for the first few days. by Georio. The house has everything you require and the aircon in the bedrooms was much appreciated in the heat. We walked most mornings to Bergeggi for coffee and shopping it takes 10 mins from behind the house. The walk to and from the beach/Spotorno kept us fit & takes about 20 mins. Spotorno is very much a seaside town - if you are looking for quieter places then Noli & Bergeggi will suit. The owners live in the flat next to the pool (the windows on the photograph are theirs) and this is also where their front door is. There is wifi but the modem is not in the part you rent so you are reliant on the owners fixing if it goes down. If you have children there is plenty to amuse with pool toys, badmington/football net in the garden plus a tennis table. 2 families could certainly stay here comfortably.

Fantastic house with a lovely garden

We stayed for 2 weeks (thank you Maria!) in this lovely villa with extended family. One of the most remarkable features of the house is the jaw-dropping view of the sea – the only thing that topped the view was the hospitality of Maria and Giorgio; they are truly gracious, generous hosts. The house itself was perfect for multiple families and small children (e.g. the pool was on a different level from the living space). All the bedrooms on both levels were well appointed and each had air conditioning. There was a lovely garden in the back featuring many outdoor activities including badminton and Ping-Pong, not to mention a wood burning pizza oven. The nearby towns and beaches are easily accessible and we spent many fun days going between the beaches and the pool often finding wonderful seafood for lunch on our outings. This was a really great place and we highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria and Giorgio's beautiful villa in Bergeggi! The house is perfect for multiple people and great for kids. We spent many days sitting in the sun by the pool. The view of the sea is incredible. The house was very clean and had everything you would need to cook (including a brick pizza oven). Maria and Giorgio were such incredible hosts and were extremely helpful with everything. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and even called and made the reservations for us. The town of Spotorno is very close and there is a path right from the house that you can walk down to get to the beach and the town. Spotorno is very quaint with lots of shops and restaurants. We spent a week here and it wasn't long enough. We felt right at home and can't wait to go back. If you are looking to relax in the Italian Riviera, this is the perfect place!
