I loved the condo. Everything that you needed was there. Very clean and close to beach. The beach is awesome. There are very few people and that is what I wanted instead of crowds like Myrtle Beach. I will come back for sure!!!

Wonderful gated neighborhood, great pool and amenities. Beautiful beach for walking, shallow water with lots of hermit crabs in awesome shells. One of our best trips! Hunting island is only 5min away.

While oceanfront may be a stretch the property was still perfect! We always stay in K so this was different but it was clean, most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a Vrbo, host was exceptional and the condo had more than enough supplies!

It was a very pretty and comfortable condo. The kitchen was well stocked, and the towels were high quality. The king bed mattress was extremely comfortable, and even the sofa bed was comfortable! (I’d like to know the brand name and firmness level of the king mattress in the bedroom!)The resort area feels very safe and is family friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

First floor condo with steps to the beach is hard to beat. Nice when the hosts have a few days of essentials-trash bags- dishwasher pods- TP- Coffee-Paper Towels- so you’re not in a desperate sprint to the store.

The bedside lights need to be on a switch, took a long time to figure out how to turn them on. Door was wide open when we arrived so could not see #of unit we rented. Thought someone else was there. Need number of unit outside on wall. Overall it was a fine place to stay with all the necessary features. Thank you.

Had everything we needed and gorgous views

The property was exactly what we wanted. It was in close proximity to the beach, had all we needed for a comfortable stay, and was in great condition. Also, the State Park Pass was a terrific extra feature. We have visited Harbor Island many times for our summer vacations and think it is a wonderful place. We hope to return to this property for our next visit.

We enjoyed the property ver much. We love history and the beach. This area provides both in a quiet serne atmosphere. Beautiful weather as well.

Clean , close to the ocean but not oceanfront, thoughtful touches , comfortable king bed, perfect for a couple but tight for a family. The complex is dated, grounds well maintained, in need of repainting and caulking , if someone is above you it’s very noisy.

Very enjoyable stay. The location and unit were great. Only complaint was the weather ... a little cooler than normal.

The condo was immaculate and kitchen was completely stocked. Everything a cook could possibly want (even down to disposable containers to pack up your leftovers). The community grill was convenient and visible from the porch and LR. Short walk to the beach boardwalk and the view overlooking the marsh was peaceful. Not sure if it is always so quiet there but it was delightful. We lucked out to sunshine and 78 degrees in February! Walked all over Hunting Island State park and had the best time. Can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa! The view of the marsh with the ocean and Hunting Island in the distance is beautiful and ever changing. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was one of the best equipped of any place we have stayed! We prepared almost all of our meals for the week at the villa. The pass to Hunting Island is a bonus you don't get with most Harbor Island rentals! The only thing I would mention that wasn't perfect... you can sometimes hear noise from the upstairs unit, such as heavy walking, but that's something the villa owners have no control over. We would definitely rent this place again!

Cute place, the main bathroom was a little small, but would stay again!
