My review;Living room screen door has a large holeLight over stove does not workOne window in the living area has a missing blindDishwasher not working, there was still detergent in the dispenser from the last wash, so I am assuming the dishes were put away dirtySeveral of the dining room chairs were so wobbly that we did not want to sit on themLight bulbs burned out lower levelPrimary bedroom had gritty floorThe shower door in the primary was off the track and sitting on the tub edgeParking was made to be a big issue, then I was told the HOA was not currently checking so just put pass in windshield and park in guest parking. Stayed Sep 24, 2024Had a great time in this property just north of the state line in South Tahoe. We choose VRBOs so we can cook a few meals rather than eat out every night, and this kitchen had everything needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All rooms clean as a whistle, and fantastic water pressure/temps. Wifi may be faster than at my own house. The property is steps away from the lake - the view from the balconies was stunning. Overall very comfortable, relaxing, and just a short drive into town. Can't ask for more.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024This condo was amazing. We (6 adults) stayed 5 days. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It definitely has a cabin vibe and smell. Slightly dated but clean for its age, well worth it for the view. The updated and well stocked kitchen was a plus. I could not imagine a better on-the-lake experience. We were able to rent Kayaks across the street to use in the private bay. Memories to last a lifetime.

Stayed May 23, 2024The Association that this condo is located in is impeccably kept. We really enjoyed the location. This was our first time to Tahoe and I liked our restaurant and activity option in South Tahoe, although we did go to Truckee one day, which was so much fun and the views during the drive were well worth it (and the Old Town Tap was amazing)! The condo was well stocked although we did not cook much. The view from the condo is outstanding! i loved drinking coffee on the back balcony and then going down to the dock. The condo is a little outdated (furniture) but very functional and comfortable. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!
