Stayed Dec 24, 2023This was such a nice place for us. We are a group of 8-9 people when we travel. This place had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was very safe and stores were just down the road. The front room was a great gathering place for everyone. And the ice machine was just what the doctor ordered!! Haha!! Stayed Jun 30, 2022We were very pleased we chose this property for a family vacation. Grandchildren and adults loved the pool and walks to the beach, & the location was perfect. Monica was a wonderful & gracious hostess, and the home was filled with everything needed. Outdoor area was so pretty and relaxing. A quick trip to the market & Heavenly Mountain, just the best location to take in beautiful Lake Tahoe. We would return in a heartbeat, thank you Monica!

Stayed May 28, 2022This house has it all, the location, the heated pool and hot tub, the backyard, shaded area too bbq and do s’mores, and the interior is top notch down to the super comfy bedding. This house has something for everyone.

Stayed Sep 7, 2020If you are looking for a serene yet, fun family getaway, this is the perfect property for you! The property is cozily nestled in a prestigious community in Zephyr Cove and is surrounded by pine trees. The backyard is gorgeous and offers a plethora of activities for kids and adults alike. If you’re craving a change of scenery during your vacation, the property is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, world renowned golf courses, hiking trails, ski slopes, casinos, etc.; and, the private beach is nothing short of amazing and boasts a spectacular backdrop for family pictures. Monica, the property owner, is a delight to work with. Should you encounter any issues during your stay, she is readily available to help and her responses are timely. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this property again in the future.

Stayed Jun 22, 2019We had a great family vacation here. The pool and hot tub were a definite plus and popular with the kids. Nice fire pit on the patio was great for S'mores every night. A couple other nice things that I don't recall in the listings. Bedrooms had individual thermostats which was really nice so that family members could sleep at whatever temperatures they desired. Walls are well insulated so it really cuts down on the noise. We did have a minor issue on the second day when we lost hot water. After a message to the owner, there was a plumber on site within 15 minutes and it was simply the filter in the hot water boiler getting clogged with sand/grit from the city water supply. I was impressed with the responsiveness. Overall, we had a great time and would rent here again.
