I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only one tv worked out of 4 worked but after the 2nd day if our trip they came and installed fire sticks. Maintenance guys were so great! Loved how we could just walk to the pool! Large upper deck we could sit outside and enjoy the view. Easy check-in and checkout. Cooked a lot and it was a well equipped kitchen. We had a great vacation!

The house was clean with plenty of room. It is located just outside of St. George in a beautiful area. No complaints.

Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 9 golfers stay here as part of a tournament outing at the Ledges. It's located right near the course. If golf isn't your thing, it's also super close to Snow Canyon hiking and trails.
