Located in Biarritz's Saint-Charles district, this 6-bedroom villa is ideally designed for family get-togethers in a friendly, wellness setting.


THE VILLA

This little paradise is composed of several levels and sub-levels, in keeping with the cabane spirit of the villa's name.
On arrival, you can park your vehicle in a covered inner courtyard. This courtyard leads to a gym equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, punching bag and espalier.<br>Next, you'll access the spa located in the inner courtyard.
Finally, you enter the villa.
On this first level you'll find: a TV room, a bedroom opening onto a small green patio, a bathroom, a toilet and a sauna. On the lower half-level, you'll find a bedroom and bathroom suite.
On the upper half-level, you'll find a library.
The second level is the living area. Here, you'll find a living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen, all opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the pool, as well as a covered terrace with a nice table to enjoy the plancha.On this same level, you'll find a laundry room and a beautiful bedroom communicating directly with the bathroom on the first level.
The third and final level is reserved for sleeping quarters. Here you'll find three bedrooms, including a suite with en-suite shower room, a bedroom with private terrace, and a children's bedroom with three beds, one of which is perched.There's also a bathroom and WC.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Kabane is located in the heart of the Saint-Charles district, just a 3-minute walk from shops and 5 minutes from the Miramar beach.
All the city's most luxurious boutiques are just around the corner. It's a 15-minute walk to Les Halles.
Kabane offers you the opportunity to discover Biarritz on foot.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:

From 8pm to 10pm - €50

10pm to midnight - €80

Midnight to 6:00am - €120

From 6h00 to 8h00 - €80
