In the heart of VERNON (400 meters from the city center) and overlooking the banks of the Seine with balcony terrace on the river, just 5 km from GIVERNY and its famous Claude Monet museum, beautiful new apartment richly equipped. Located on the second and last floor (without elevator) of a small residence. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, induction hob and coffee machine. Television in each room with satellite channels, DVD player and wifi internet connection. Room with high-end Epeda bedding. Private and closed parking space at the foot of the building. You will have access to a terrace at the edge of a carp pool (fall protection net over the entire surface of the pool) and to an open-air spa, subject to charges (bathrobes provided on request).
