Everything we could have thought of was here. We loved it. We want to live here.

This was a lovely condo! Very bright, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Centrally located, with the most spectacular oceanfront view from our private balcony. Everything was extremely well represented on the website. The property owner was very attentive, responding back to my online inquiries very quickly, sometimes within minutes!

The place was a great small place for my husband and I. The beach access, pool, restaurants and shopping were superb. Scott (parking guard) was very helpful and absolutely a great asset to this property. Just a great guy! The deer were beautiful coming out several times a day. As far as the noise level goes with neighboring condos, it was awful. We couldn’t sit on the balcony left a day early due to noise & privacy issues next door. 5 people (2 adults & 3 kids) in a tiny condo is not a good idea. The walls and ceilings are VERY thin. Other than that, we had a nice time.

The location simply can't be beaten—just steps from the soft sand and the Atlantic Ocean and all the fun Coligny has to offer.The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything necessary for preparing meals, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Having a private balcony to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the waves was one of our favorite parts of the trip.One of the biggest highlights is the location. Coligny Beach is one of the best spots on Hilton Head Island, and being able to walk to Coligny Plaza was a huge bonus. We enjoyed browsing the shops, trying local restaurants, grabbing Rita's, and listening to live music in the evenings—all without ever needing to drive.We left feeling refreshed and already talking about our next visit. If you're planning a trip to Hilton Head Island and want a clean, comfortable, beachfront condo in an unbeatable location, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

The condo was very nice! It was in a beautiful location, centrally located to lots of shops and restaurants. It was beachfront and steps from the beach. It was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that there was a large bar across the top of the balcony railing that blocked your view of the ocean unless you were standing. Some higher chairs for the balcony would really improve the view. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Location was terrific. Right on the beach, oceanfront condo. Also across the street from Coligny plaza. Had a great time.

Location of this property was great!

Overall, I would recommend this property. The view is beautiful though counter height chairs would be really nice (the railing is in a really bad spot). The condo was clean and check in / parking was a breeze. It is in easy walking distance to several casual restaurants. The beach is beautiful. It was, however, very crowded. We walked up the beach a hundred yards or so as it was much less busy. Be warned, the condo, while well kept and clean is quite small.

Rental was very nice, couldn’t beat the beautiful ocean view! Owner sent us a text the day of letting us know the rental was ready earlier than expected. What nice people! Space was perfect for two people, had everything we needed for our stay. Only wish it had been longer.

We would stay there again! The view from the balcony was great! The dishwasher was in disrepair. We had an issue with getting into the condo with the lock code, but the issue was quickly resolved after contacting owner.

Great view, easy parking, great beach access. The location is across the street from the shopping center that has every kind of shop you need.

We enjoyed our short stay. The unit is exactly as pictured. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the area, plus location was super convenient and parking was included.

Incredible views just steps away from the beach! The condo itself is so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We literally parked and didn’t have to get in the car again for the entire week- great shopping area with restaurants within close walking distance. Communication with owners is wonderful.

The condo was just as listed - it was a bit cramped, very small and felt a little chaotic with little to no storage for luggage/belongings but otherwise everything was really great!

Words can’t describe how perfect this place was. Nothing better than waking up to beautiful sunrises, hearing the surf and smelling the salty air! The location of this condo is central and accessible to all that plus a shopping area across the street, filled with choices of shops and restaurants for a taste of the island. Great golf courses are nearby, but you will need transportation to get to them. This condo was well-equipped, immaculate , furniture was very comfortable, and the view was incredible! Our host was very helpful before and throughout our stay, and always quick to respond. We highly recommend this place for all the reasons above, and more. It couldn’t have been nicer!

Magnificent view. Very clean and had everything I needed in the kitchen.

The view is so beautiful, breathtaking, calming. The condo is quaint with decor. The plaza across the street was a big plus. Parked our truck and didn’t get in it for 6 days. I would love to come back.

It was so easy to get into the condo. We loved all the stores and restaurants being so close. We loved the sunrises and sunsets on the beach.

Loved this oceanfront condo- everything we needed- very clean- right in Coligny- walk to restaurants - lucky enough to see dolphins every day!

Loved staying here. Views of the ocean are amazing. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. Close to shopping and nice restaurants with entertainment. Hope to return soon.

Disappointing experience. As soon as we checked in, we tried going out on the patio. The sliding glass door would barely budge. After extensive pulling, the door opened about 2 feet. We tried to contact owner and Don responded an hour later saying the slider was heavy, because it is a heavy hurricane door, it is hard to move. Having owned places with hurricane sliding doors, we knew this to be untrue and suggested he get the rollers serviced. He said he could not get anyone there to address the door rollers until the next week, after we checked out. We tried sitting on the living room furniture after dinner. The couch and love seat were very uncomfortable, as the cushions appear to be worn out, and sink down. The rockers on the patio are nice, but your view of the ocean is obscured by the top railing bar. The bedroom is a small, odd nook on the side when you enter the unit. There is a king bed, but the mattress is very uncomfortable, you can feel every move your partner makes and it is noisy. Upon going to wash towels, found washing machine had standing water in it, with lots of sand in it, and was inoperable. Without being able to do wash, Don texted he would have his cleaner drop off extra towels, this did not happen. The most disappointing thing was the lack of response that we received from Don. His response to our pointing out issues was, “This has never happened before”, and “Sorry, I can’t get anyone to address this until next week”. We would not book this unit again.

Extremely clean, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, even a few spices etc. which is important to us. Can’t beat the location either!!! Can’t wait to return!!!

The location was perfect with proximity to beach, pool, shops & restaurants. Communication with property owners was great too. The condo was smaller than we expected especially the bedroom. The bath mat was dirty when we arrived & there was a towel on bathroom door that I think had been used. Water dripped from the overhead furnace filter in hall & the filter was visibly dirty. The door to the deck was very difficult to open & close. The deck rockers were very comfortable but something taller would make it easier to see over the railing & see the ocean.

Great place to get away. Incredible view from our 2nd floor balcony. We parked the car and didn’t drive anywhere until our departure day. Great restaurants, grocery store, and shopping all within walking distance. We will be back.

Condo was in a wonderful location and perfect for a couple. Hilton Head never disappoints!

The condo was fantastic with a great view of the beach. It was clean and up to date and very well taken care of. We also got an added feature - a young buck that lives in the bushes between the condo and sand dunes.

This condo is great. Across the street from Coligny Plaza so you can walk to dinner and shopping every day. Love sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. This was our 3rd stay here for our annual Spring golfing trip and we hope to return next year.

4pm Checkin was communicated - however we arrived at 12:30 by UBER after traveling with a layover and had nowhere to secure our luggage!Asked the cleaning ladies after 3pm if we could put our luggage on the deck until they finished - had some communication later with the owner who mentioned it was ok! (No one was at the security office, that we could find)The ONLY issue we had! The condo was perfectly decorated stocked with anything we would need upon arrival very clean Coligny circle is a few steps from our condo The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean.The free trolly transportation is nice & we easily UBERED to several dinner locations. We enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head

Great location and view of ocean

This property is exactly as the photos depict. So after you've scrolled through them, you should need to look no further. It is clean, well equipped, and perfect for walking the beach again, and again, and again! As a second story unit, you have a great view out to the ocean and the beach. Additionally, with a gated beach walkway, there is an extra level of security and privacy. Parking was never an issue with a private lot and a security station. It is convenient to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. However, a short drive will broaden your horizons for restaurants and a must visit bakery, The Hilton Head Social Bakery. If you need an outing for early dinner, head to the Old Oyster Factory Restaurant.Definitely a location worth rebooking each time you visit South Carolina.

We have stayed at this clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated villa now four times, and will be counting the days until we can visit again. The view of the ocean and location to Coligny Plaza cannot be beat! A true gem.

Spectacular unobstructed ocean/beach view from elevated delightfully sunny balcony, which allowed sunbathing on windy 40 degree days.

Don and Mary Ann were incredible to work with including a last minute schedule change. Their home was beautiful down to the last detail. They even included some holiday decorations since we were there during the holiday period. The condo was immaculate (and that is from a clean freak). They provided starter packs for everything and made the home more than welcoming. The view was amazing and location cannot be beat. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and cannot wait to return to this home full of beach bliss. Thank you Don and MaryAnn!

The property is well maintained, the view from the balcony is stunning, the Tiki Hut is next door, and Coligny Plaza is across the street. A truly fabulous location.

Spotlessly clean with beautiful view of the beach. It's also within walking distance of everything. We would definitely stay again!

This was perfect for us. Nice view out to ocean, tastefully decorated place, plus walking distance to stores and restaurants. More than 2 people may feel cramped as some families need space, however there were supplies to accommodate more. Thanks for providing such a great place to stay during our time there.

Fantastic location at Coligny Plaza steps from so many restaurants, shopping, groceries, live music, parks, biking paths and right on the ocean. Parking was always available and check-in and out was a breeze. My husband & I really enjoyed our stay!
