What can I say. Another amazing week in Hilton Head. Amazing location. Just minutes from the beach, Salty dog, tennis or pickleball. Beautifully furnished villa with all amenities. Just bring your clothes. Margie does a great job communicating the check in and check out process. We have stayed here for 4 years and always look forward to coming back.

Stunning property!

Absolutely one of the best places to stay on Hilton Head!

Villa is updated, in outstanding condition and immaculately clean. Location on the beach is close to restaurants, ice cream, shops, biking trails, and other sights. Washer and dryer are new and convenient. The host, Margie, was exceptional in communicating and responding to questions. We would absolutely return for any future trip to Hilton Head!

This vacation spot has so much to offer! The villa is beautiful and fully stocked. It offers ample balcony space with beautiful views of the sound. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the beach and walking the nature paths throughout Sea Pines. Salty Dog’s, right across the street, is always a good time. We also recommend for dining Hudson’s and Old Oyster Factory, where the food is delicious and the views can’t be beat. This villa really has everything!

Hi! Our stay was the best ever! From the start, Margie and Gavin gave us tons of information and communication. On arrival, the condo was immaculate, welcoming and clean. We loved all the windows and beautiful views over the water. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Our kids loved the heated pool and easy walk to the beach and over to the Salty Dog. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Margie and Gavin’s place.

Wow! Rarely do we leave a review but this vacation stay is worthy of one. First, very much appreciate the cleanliness, nice washer and dryer, extra towels, pool toys, beach chairs, kids plates etc. they literally have thought of everything! The view of the ocean is amazing! Literally taken back by the wildlife from endless amounts of dolphins, deer feeding every evening and birds it was a real treat. We utilized the heated pool and community grill on two occasions to grill out dinner! The pool was warm for our little kids and the two grills were like new. The ocean was awesome - very quiet during spring break and an easy walk from our room. Highly recommend renting bikes - we rented them for the week and rode to breakfast/coffee every morning. We got in around 6-10 miles per day on our bikes. The bike rental place is located across the street from the condo. It was the best 40th birthday for my husband, 4th birthday for our son and spring break trip! If your thinking about booking your trip just quit thinking and book today!

This property is more than a home. It is a place for healing and restoration. I spent the entire month of January 2026 basking in the luxury and majesty of this villa. 2025 was a year of tragedy and upheaval for me -- my husband passed away, I was hospitalized twice, and I made the decision to move from the home where I raised my children. This villa was exactly what I needed. On warmer days, I could sit on the patio and watch the dolphins play, the sailboats float by, and the miniature deer graze. Everything about this place is luxurious. The furniture, the towels, the bedding, the mattresses, the china, the appliances…everything. I ate most of my meals at home, and the kitchen was fully equipped with every gadget you can imagine. And have you ever heard of a dishwasher that doesn’t make any noise? Unbelievable. Some days, I visited places like Coligny Beach, Harbor Town, and Shelter Cove to get a little exercise and mingle a little.The South Beach Marina Village is across the street from the famous Salty Dog Café, shops, entertainment, and a harbor with dolphin tour and boat rental options.The hosts, Margie and Gavin, were delightful. Their response time was immediate, but they were never intrusive or nosy.My stay at this villa was the experience of a lifetime. And as an added bonus, I missed a two-foot snowstorm at home.

We had a wonderful week! The condo had everything you needed and was very clean. Perfect location, very peaceful and a short walk to the beach. The Salty Dog and bike rental is just across the street which was very convenient. The owners were great to work with and thoughtful. This was by far one of the best places we stayed and would highly recommend!!

The villa was beautiful! The pool was nice and access to the beach very easy. The bay was full of dolphins as close as 5-10 feet from shore. Easy walk to the Salty Dog. We had a great time!

Margie & Gavin's property is excellent! It worked well for a tennis tournament inside Sea Pines, and was super close to the South Beach Racquet Club. The personal touches of embroidered hand towels and photos/artwork made it feel cozy and homey.

We had beautiful ocean views, stunning sunsets, great dolphin watching, close to tennis/pickleball and wonderful bike paths right outside your door!The villa is lovely and fully stocked with all you need!We loved it!

We loved our week here. This unit is wonderful. It was clean and very beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the patio, beautiful pool and closeness to the beach and wild life. We hope to stay again.

The location and property are phenomenal!! The beach towels and umbrellas were a game changer. Having a washer and dryer means lighter packing. All of mi kids even commented on the size of the place being more spacious than it looks. The kitchen has everything one needs saving on eating out if one chooses. The balconies allowed the working vacation people privacy for online meetings. We will be back

When my sister and I arrived Saturday evening, we were very impressed on many things about the property. We noted the cleanliness of the property the moment we opened the door, and the decor which looked updated, and the modern traditional decor. The kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of the necessities were there. We had what we needed.

Outstanding week

Quiet and peaceful location in Hilton Head. Salty Dog is steps away. The pool is beautiful and iverlooks the beach. This property is always very clean and quiet. We have been repear visitors and will be coming back again.

We stayed one week in this spacious villa. The villa had everything we needed and more. The hosts communicated well and made our stay very enjoyable. The location was great, the view was beautiful and we loved exploring Hilton Head. We hope to return!

We spent two weeks in this lovely condo. The owner is very quick to respond to questions. There were so many “extra” touches that really went above and beyond what’s expected. It was unusually cold weather during our stay and we witnessed the big winter snow!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is extremely clean and organized. Very well stocked kitchen. Wonderful views of the water. Saw plenty of deer in the backyard and dolphins just a few feet offshore. Easy beach access. The Salty Dog and South Beach Marina are less than a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had and provided plenty of great recommendations. Highly recommended!!!

We had the most amazing Christmas at this beautiful vacation rental! I stayed here with my husband, my son, and his partner, and it was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The house is tastefully and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. All of the instructions were crystal clear, making our stay completely stress-free. This villa is also one of the best-equipped rental homes we’ve visited. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and bake Christmas cookies! The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture and layout of the home worked perfectly for our group of four. There was also plenty of space, and the home could easily accommodate a larger group. The surrounding area and views were breathtaking—Hilton Head is a gem, and this property made it even more special. The owner was fantastic—very communicative and responsive throughout. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holidays. Highly recommend for families, friends, or anyone looking for a serene and well-appointed getaway.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hilton Head. It is super clean and has everything you could need for your trip!

An excellent property! Lots of deer and dolphin right outside the back door. Having never stayed in Sea Pines before, we enjoyed the south end of Hilton Head Island. The owners were responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for our stay with 5 adults and two children. The location couldn’t be better. The beach was steps away and shopping and Salty Dog directly across the street. The apartment was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Margie, the owner, was wonderful. Great communication from the beginning to end. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to travel there again!

Wonderful place to stay!

I could not have asked for more. Margie and Gavin were absolutely the best in providing all of the in formation we needed. Their home was sparkly clean, with plenty of additional items (condiments, coffee, spices, soaps, beach umbrellas and chairs). The location was perfect! We enjoyed every day, and hope to return soon!
