Hvar old town /luxury downtown villa / feel Dalmatia

We were a group of 4 and Villa Alea was a great stay in Hvar - literally located right in the Old Town, the location wa a perfect. We could walk everywhere easily and we were just off the beaten path, so it was quiet at night. The flat was really nice with everything you would need, and Tea is an excellent host. Check in and check out was a breeze and she was super responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. This place is a 10/10 and worth every penny!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Hvar. The location was perfect, the villa was clean and comfortable and our stay was wonderful. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcomed us with treats upon arrival. She also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout which was a huge convenience. We highly recommend this beautiful villa.

This property was beautiful and just as pictured. It was clean, had comfy beds, A/C worked great and the location was incredible! FYI it is right next to a historic church so 2 in our group heard early bells. The rest of us had white noise phone apps and didn't ever hear them. Tea, the manager, was very communicative from the reservation through our departure. We would stay again.

Totally renovated, clean, modern, and conveniently located!

Great location - close to the marina, beaches, night life, restaurants, market and plaza. The place is immaculate and well stocked with everything you need. The property manager Tea was amazing. Lufthansa cancelled our flight at 3am the morning before our departure and rebooked us on another flight that got in too late to meet the last ferry to Hvar. Tea answered our panicky texts and quickly got us booked on a private boat to the island. Once there she met us at the dock, showed us the place, and gave us great recommendations. She booked several tours for us during our stay and was always around to answer questions.

This was the perfect place to enjoy Hvar. It is located just off the main square, which made it convenient to enjoy all of Hvar old town. Although it is close to the center, it is tucked away on a quiet street so noise is not a problem! It is newly renovated and in excellent condition. It was spotless, modern and comfortable. It’s next to a family owned restaurant which served great rustic homemade recipes from years past. There is only a short flight of stairs to get to the property (many homes in Hvar require walking up many stairs). It is 3 floors and the stairs in the home are a bit narrow, so not a great option for people that have trouble with stairs. Furthermore, our host Maja made everything easy. She helped us with renting a car and provided top notch recommendations for restaurants and excursions. She was welcoming from the start, readily available for any and all questions and was genuinely happy to help make our stay perfect! For some, the bedrooms and bathrooms may be slightly cozy, but the common areas, including the terrace, more than made up for this. We were 6 in our group, so having a bathroom for each room was awesome and hard to find elsewhere. If you want an updated, comfortable and convenient home base in Hvar, look no further!

What a perfect location in the center of town. The place is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Was lovely to have two terrace's and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There was even beach towels we were able to use and a welcome fruit basket. I highly recommend this property. We were 6 people and had a very comfortable stay in July 2018.

Great stay in Hvar! The house is in a perfect location in old town. Very clean and comfortable. I completely recommend it
