Holiday home situated in the Natural Park of the Sierra de la Grazalema, only 6 km far from the town of Grazalema, in the Sierra of Cadiz, province of Cadiz, Andalusia.

This holiday home's 420 m2 are characterized by a rustic decoration with luminous and modern finishing touches, and all its commodities, therefore including AC and heating, are available in every room.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each of which equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom.Their big windows give you the possibility to enjoy breathtaking views over the gardens of the house, the mountains, the Park (which was declared Biosphere Reserve in 1977 by UNESCO), and the Port of the Palomas. The ground floor disposes of two more bedrooms, each of which provided with three single beds as well as two private bathrooms. Four bathrooms have showers, while the last one is equipped with a bathtub.

Moreover, on the ground floor you will have at your disposal a totally equipped open kitchen and a vast fireplace-equipped dining-living room where you can enjoy the company of your family and friends. If you fancy barbecuing during rainy days, this house will satisfy this wish too, thanks to a small kitchen provided with a wood stove and a barbecue. Last but not least, you will be able to relax by reading a book in the small reading room, which also has a day bed.

The interior area is connected to the house’s three hectares by two entrances. The patio of the main entrance is the ideal place to have breakfast during warm summer mornings, thanks to the gorgeous vine which provides pleasant shadow, while the Arabic patio of the rear entrance gives you direct access to the dining-living room and the barbecue.

The outside area is as charming as the interior. The fenced swimming pool is surrounded by a more-than-300-m2-wide garden, where you can rest on comfortable chairs and hammocks in the shadow of a lovely pergola. Or just sunbathe while sleeping a typical Andalusian ‘siesta’ in the gorgeous nature that surrounds this rural house.

The immediate vicinity makes the ideal spot for the lovers of hiking and canoeing, since the river Guadalete and the lake of Zahara are right behind the corner. .

This home is set over two levels and is very spacious and rustic with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 separate living zones, big practical kitchen and 2 large dining tables. There are two separate open fireplaces and loads of timber was provided throughout our 10 day stay to keep the downstairs areas lovely and warm. A separate room with BBQ & pizza oven are also available. Located between the white villages of Grazalema & Zahara and a short 20 minute drive to Ronda. So location was very good.

Buenas tardes, somos un grupo de amigos con niños pequeños que escogimos Huerta la Terrona por ser una casa grande que nos acogiera a todos. Descubrimos una casa mucho más bonita de lo que se aprecia en las fotos, con muy buenas calidades, sin faltar detalle. El paraje donde está situada es increíble, con excelentes vistas desde el jardín y las terrazas, muy cerca del pueblo de Grazalema y fácil acceso. Quedamos encantados y sin duda repetiremos. A destacar sobre todo eso, la buenísima disposición de Eugenio y Blanca a la hora de facilitarnos todo lo que nos hiciese falta y su amabilidad. Muchas gracias a los dos

Diese Finca war ein Traum für unsere Wandergruppe. Wir verbrachten zu zehnt eine gute Woche in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Landhaus. Nach unseren Wanderungen wollte niemand am Endpunkt noch einen Kaffee trinken, alle wollten nur nach Hause um das Haus voll auszukosten: Am oder im Pool, auf der Terasse oder vor dem offenen Kamin. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Wirklich vollständig ausgerüstete Küche auch mit Geräten, die man sonst nicht in einem Ferienhaus findet, z.B. Gefrierschrank oder Mixer. Ein eigenes Grillzimmer mit Grillkamin, Holzbackofen und gasbefeuerter Paellapfanne. Zwei offene Kamine mit genügend Feuerholz. Die Dekoration ist geschmackvoll und persönlich. Wir hatten das Gefühl, Eugenio hat dieses Haus liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet, um auch selbst darin zu leben. Eugenio tut alles, damit sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

Nous avons passé une semaine en août entre amis, c'est une superbe maison, spacieuse, bien équipée avec un beau terrain et sans voisins... Eugenio est très sympa et accueillant. A 1h de Séville et Marbella, idéal pour vacances à plusieurs...
