House / Villa - Trevignano Romano

Marina is so sweet and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival and explained everything about the house. The gardens were in bloom and fruit was on the trees - magnificent. House was clean and easy to manage. The days were hot but with fans and the shade of the home and large trees the temperature was fine. The outdoor gazebo was perfect for breakfast and dinner. There was seating and tables in many nooks throughout the gardens. The house is spacious for two bedrooms, with a large porch and common areas. It has WiFi and a washing machine. Marina was so helpful with advice and recommendations - it was like having a perfect travel agent. The town of Trevignano is about a 20 minute walk away, or 6-8 minutes by bicycle. She has two bikes available for use. We loved it and would return if possible. Large freshwater Bracciano Lake has ferry boats between towns, swimming, sailing, kayaking, etc. Lovely and romantic. Maybe we can return tomorrow!

This year we really needed to rest and this is not always easy when you have to manage also the time of two children (1 child + 1 teen) and a young dog...but we did it! The house of Marina was perfect for our needs: very close to the lake where the children where attending sailing classes or other water sport activities, a huge garden ideal for us to rest and read in peace in full contact with the nature, and for the dog to do its life included not so bad relation with the neighbour dog. Very close to the lovely village of Trevignano where you find everything you may need, in 1 or 2 Km., ideal by bike, or nice to walk in the evening. In August everything was very quite and pleasant, no crowds at all. The house is well cared and fully equipped as a house where somebody lives regularly, but I think is used for holidays only. It has a simple typical italian country taste that makes me feel the freedom of holiday time. the area, is rich of places to visit in a half day: different villages or etruscan time sites, other lakes and loads of places where to buy delicious local products or eat. Everything works properly in the house (even wi-fi connection and TV if needed!). The owner is really nice and helpful. We've had very nice time and we hope to come back again.

This house is the most wonderfull place we have ever spent our holiday in Trevignano Romano. The house and the area are so beautifull, you have a lot of space around the house, very nice garden with olive tree and flowers; near by is the lake. The house is quite well equipped We have stay here for 2 weeks and it was to short, we miss this place.

Nice house with a beautiful garden. The house was situated close to the lake (about 2 min walk) lake has various beach areas, with sun loungers available for hire at around 5 euros each a day, with umbrellas at 5 euros as well. The lake itself is lovely and clear and great for swimming or relax. Marina was great and great, helped in every arising question I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
