Stayed Jun 10, 2024We stayed here for a week with our children and grand children who are 2 and 4. It was the perfect spot for this. The house is quite comfortable and the property is great. The pool and surrounding area is beautiful with gorgeous views. The hosts were great to deal with. We would highly recommend this property!

Stayed Sep 16, 2023Thank you to Natale and Sara for your great hospitality and sharing your beautiful Villa Ninetta with us. The location, pool and surrounds are all even better in person than they are in the pictures. We had a wonderful peaceful stay in a very well equipped villa. The coast, surrounds and village of Scopello were lovely but it was hard to tear ourselves away from the views and the pool!

Stayed Sep 22, 2022We stayed at Natale's villa for one week as a group of six friends. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. It is quietly located above Scopello but you can easily reach the village within 15 minutes per walk. Thanks Natale for the warm welcome, good communication and great location!

Stayed Aug 31, 2022The villa was perfect. It is about 1km on a dirt road above Scopello which has many restaurants most of which specialise in fish. The mountains behind the villa are very nice. Natale was very helpful when contacted via Whatsapp. When we asked for cereal bowls and a kettle, he brought them the next day.

Stayed May 14, 2022We had a fantastic stay in Scopello and the villa is immaculate. The views are stunning and the house is very tranquil. It takes 15 mins to walk to the town where there are loads of options for drinks and food. We went on a boat tour with snorkelling which was very good fun. The hosts Natale and Sara are great, quality recommendations for places to go and places to eat. I would very much recommend a stay in the Villa.

Stayed Apr 30, 2022This is an outstanding rental property, one of the best I have ever visited in many years of travel. There are many reasons why it is exceptional. First and foremost is the location. This house is set on a hillside high above the Tyrrhenian Sea with a stunning view in front of the sea and and the Gulf of Castellammare featuring a medieval Saracen tower in the foreground. Behind the house are massive mountains and cliffs, completely undeveloped and natural. There are opportunities for hiking in those hills behind the house which offer magnificent views. We were there in April and May when the wildflowers cover the fields with an incredible array of colors. I have rarely ever seen so many varied wildflowers in one place. Add to that the birds that start to sing early in the morning and continue all day long. The house is far enough away from any populated areas that every moment of the day is tranquil and quiet, making this place a perfect getaway from the stress of civilization. However, just a kilometer down a dirt road is the little town of Scopello which offers many options for eating and drinking without having to take your car. For us that was a great pleasure, and we ate lunch there on many occasions. The house itself is very lovely and well cared for. It has everything you could possibly need: a well-equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a beautiful pool. What more could you want? Best of all are the owners, Natale and Sara. We met them on the first day with their daughter in Castellammare, and they brought us up to the house personally. That was probably a good thing because we might not have found it otherwise. They are wonderful, warm people who really want to make your visit to Scopello a special experience. Every time they came to visit, they brought us a present (delicious pastries, homemade wine, etc.) and stayed for a while to chat. It was a great opportunity for us to practice Italian and make some new friends. The only problem we encountered was a wifi router that did not work. As soon as we told Natale about it, he came the following day with a technician and had it replaced. After that, we had no Internet problems. In fact, the connection was so good that I could use my computer out on the patio and around the pool. So, in conclusion, this is an amazing place with amazing owners. Highly recommended!!

Stayed Jun 15, 2019Villa actually better than it looks in the photographs that must have been taken shortly after the renovation. Pool and surround one of the best we've had and lovely to sit by in the evening. Everything worked and Villa was very clean. Position high up along an unmade road with great views and not overlooked. A few bumps along the track so need to drive slowly but only takes 5 minutes to reach the town and local supermarkets (recommended). Very well looked after by Natale and his family. Villa and Scopello well worth visiting.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969As per other reviews, Villa Ninetta is far better than the photos suggest. Situated near the top of a steep gravel track, the villa command excellent views over Scopello - about 1km away. The villa is clean, tidy, spacious and very well-equipped - it served our party of 4 excellently. Scopello itself is a vibrant little village, with nice bars etc, and a few nice shops. The mercato down the road is more like a deli - excellent. It's well place for the beautiful Lo Zingaro reserve, for Erice, Selinunte, etc. Would happily return.
