Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

The house is located in the private Playa del Carmen community, featuring 24/7 security, green areas, lagoons, direct beach access, a clubhouse, sports courts, pools, and a children’s playground. This area blends nature and comfort just 2 hours from Lima.



Getting Around:

The community is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway. At the entrance, there’s a REPSOL gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. From there, you can easily reach Chincha (25 min), Pisco (10 min), and Paracas (30 min).



Other Things to Note:

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.



The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.



Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.



Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.
