Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is a place. It was affordable. Very close to grocery stores. If you like to walk they have a wonderful quite neighborhood. Everyone was so nice. We really were dreaded this trip because we were there on business and the house was a place of refuge at the end of the day! Love it!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in this villa for a week while we were waiting to close on our house in The Villages. Walking through the front door we were surprised by how big it was inside. Lots of room. The high ceilings and open floor plan made the place look bigger inside than outside. The screened in patio was very nice. The place was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. We liked the column lamps so much we actually contacted the owner to find out where she got them. Our experience with renting this place was great! They were very accommodating when we asked if we could extend our stay by one day. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a rental.
