ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story home requires 1 step to enter- Community golf courses, golf cart rentals, outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and the recreation center can be accessed for an additional fee, paid on-site- Guests who plan to use the community amenities should reach out to the Guest Contact 3 to 4 days before check-in if they would like to request Guest Passes (no fee) or Temporary Resident passes ($50 per person, up to 2 people per reservation). Temporary Residents receive full resident member access to the amenities along with resident rates, including the ability to request tee times in advance. Guests using Guest Passes pay guest rates for golf, tennis, and other amenities.- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, camera 2 is above the garage facing the driveway, camera 3 is on the south wall of the home, and camera 4 is in the garage facing the garage door. All cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. Cameras 1-3 record video and sound when guests are in residence, while camera 4 will be turned off during guest stays
