Home in The Villages: Golf Cart & Amenity Access

Communication from the host was great. The home was exactly like the photos and nicely furnished. We enjoyed having use of the golf cart which helped us explore The Villages as if we lived there. If we return, we would definitely stay at this home again.

We had a great stay. The Village of Fenney has a very nice pool and good walking trails. Very good communication with the host and the house was very comfortable for us and our dog.

Wonderful house beautifully decorated and very cosy. Our dogs especially loved the fenced in back yard and places to walk nearby. Easy location to get to and close to grocery and other retail areas.

Clean, well-decorated and good location. This property was perfect for our 5 night stay from August 6-11, 2025. Very nice home that was comfortable and well furnished. Spotlessly clean and exactly as listed. Our pup enjoyed the fenced backyard. Communication with David the owner was very organized and thorough. The location in Fenney was beautiful and convenient. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in The Villages.

This property was just perfect for our 5-day / 4-night stay. First, the check-in and check-out communications couldn't have been better, clear and concise. The home itself was fresh, roomy, and perfect for us and our golden retriever. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks while our girl Jessie played in the fenced yard. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit The Villages.

Loved our stay in the Villages! This was a great VRBO - clean and functional and close to lots of outdoor activities, walking trails and pools. Highly recommend!

First visit and found it daunting because of the size. House is lovely but I am short and had an issue with the bed....too high. Town squares were nice and lots of music everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Finney neighborhood home! The house was very clean and comfortable, decorated very nicely, with the idea of relaxation in mind. The home is well furnished, including the screened in patio in the back. The location is nice with easy access to things in the area. Loved the Finney recreation center/pool and Finney Grill, right around the corner (easily walkable) as well as the executive golf course virtually right across the street. You really have everything you need at this location - a nice Publix is right up the road and it’s close to the town centers (makes sure to check out the Brownswood town center, close by with lots of shops, restaurants, and nightly bands (free). The owner is very nice and responsive, and the house comes with the use of bikes and a golf cart to get around the neighborhood in. You can’t go wrong with this place!!

We really enjoyed our stay and this home was beautiful. Communication before our stay was great, our visitor passes were ready to be picked upon arrival. This home is beautifully decorated and equipped with all basic household needs, from coffee pots, hangers in the closets, TV’s in two rooms, hair dryer, pots, pans, comfortable beds. We work from home and the internet connection was great with two people working. The neighbors were all so friendly and welcoming. This house is close to walking trails that we took advantage of. Also just a short cart ride in a 4 seater gas golf cart to the Fenney Grill.

My wife, our corgis and I all throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is full of all the essentials plus some. Also the location can’t be beat! Will definitely stay again in the future.

My wife and I visit the Villages quite often. We usually stay with friends. This was the first time we rented a house and it couldn't have been more perfect. House is big and beautiful. Perfect relaxing vacation.

Was for a short stay but we enjoyed. Clean, excellent location, quiet neighborhood. Manager always contacting us. No regrets or complaints. Can not be better again totally enjoyed.
