Holiday Beach Villa with Pool on top of a semi-private beach (south of Lisbon)

Great location and amazing house

The villa was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. The decor fits in with what you would expect from a beach villa. The location next to the river Sado is unique. Great view over Dolphin Bay. To the left, Serra da Arrábida and Setúbal. Still some small boats and yachts parked in front of the villa. The ocean beach was only a 10 minute walk away. Also enjoyed Comporta. I will definitely return with my family and friends. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. Lots of room for four adults and two teenagers each having their own room. We had expected others to join us and if they had the basement bedroom would have been extremely hot as there are no windows in the basement. Very large lounge which was good and the pool was great. The double bed in downstairs bedroom needs changing as it moves on the floor easily and is very noisy and creaky. View from the villa as others have mentioned is industrial. other observation is that the fridge should not be next to the oven and the fridge probably is in need of replacement.other than those things great place and would return.

We had a lovely two weeks stay in Troia. we were a group of 8 to 11 people, some working some being on vacation and the house is perfect for this. Alot of room and space for everyone - being able to go SUP every morning or walking to Marius for lunch were fantastic ... the house is quite tradtionally designed; it could probably need a little refresh and in particular furnitures indoors ( living room) and equipment in particularly the kitchen. Louis and team were great and very responsive.

We had a lovely time at this house which is well situated and well equipped for a family holiday. The beaches here are gorgeous and the house is in easy access of them. We loved the billiard table and the ping table. Luis was very responsive to any questions we had - thank hou!

It is a really nice house with a great pool! Very close to the beach if you want to take a morning swim. It is also close to many beautiful other beaches. There is a nice place to enjoy dinner outside. We had overall a very pleasent stay at the villa!

Thank you for a nice stay in a very nice house, what was perhaps not great were the beds which were rock hard and you should be aware that the view opposite consisted mainly of industries and industrial ports. Luis and Andreia were very helpful before and during our stay

Really great hosts (Luis and Andreia) who helped with everything we needed and were very easy to contact. Beautiful spacious villa (the pictures are very accurate!) with a lovely clean, warm pool and plenty of green space for the kids to play in. The beach at Comporta is amazing. Would also recommend walking along the beach to Moanab Beach Club in the Eco resort for evening drinks and food. Ideal for families. The area feels very unspoiled and peaceful - highly recommended for a wonderful holiday.

Great family holiday. Big comfortable House Enjoyed half privat beach direct at “Estuário do Sado” for stand up Paddle or boat rental. Pool, billard, tisch-tennis, Golf, most beautiful Atlantic beach nearby (restaurant on the beach Ilha do arroz). Could repeat.

Lovely pool and 30 second walk at the end of the garden onto a sandy quiet strip of beach. Nice restaurants in marina. Very relaxed holiday
