Stayed Jul 30, 2023We had a really wonderful stay. The house and outdoor areas are fantastic. Carla was very responsive to questions. The beach at Carvalhal is a short walk away and is absolutely gorgeous. It's perfect for kids at low tide and ideal for beginner surfers. We are definitely going to return in the near future.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023Wonderful spacious home that was well equipped. Great yard for children. Location was superb. A few restaurants right nextdoor and sublime beach club around the corner at the beach. Carla was a responsive and attentive host.

Stayed Jul 4, 2021The location and the outdoors space were the two main criteria’s for me so this house ticked the boxes. It’s less than 10 min walk from the beautiful beach Praia do Carvalhal. 5 min drive from Carvalhal village where you will find all local shops and friendly coffee shops. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Carla, the owner, has been really accommodating with all our requests. She was very welcoming and gave us endless tips about places to visit, restaurants to try in the area. We even had a welcome basket full of treats for our recent wedding!

Stayed Jul 25, 2020We had a great time staying at this house. It is charming and in a great location in Comporta. The house has everything that you need including bikes to cycle to the beaches. Our children loved playing in the pool too. Carla is a really wonderful host and extremely helpful with any questions or anything you need while you’re staying there. The perfect house for a family holiday!

Stayed Jul 25, 2018An amazing experience. The house is very spacious, well decorated and has everything needed for a great stay. Outside there are several areas where you can eat or simply relax overlooking the storks. The house is very close to the beach and several restaurants. A late afternoon bike ride at the paddy field was one of the highlights of the stay. We were very well received and loved one day to return. Thank you Carla
