What a lovely property! Very clean and comfortable. Very helpful owners, who ensured that the pool remained in perfect condition for our stay. The location necessitates hiring a car. We had a perfect combination of sightseeing, and relaxing by the pool...... The pool was used at all times of day and evening by three teenagers. Small improvements include providing clear instructions, for example for the recycling and rubbish, or for feeding the animals....oh and a few more pillows would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Owners made us very welcome and Mariagrazia in particular was most friendly and helpful during our stay. Villa was as described with full amenities for 4 adult guests. Villa location was good for exploring Siracusa and further afield. Access to the Villa might be a problem for larger cars, especially at night time, down the narrow driveway. Finding the Villa would be improved by having the Villa name on the doorway entering the property. We had a wonderful week and we would highly recommend the Villa.

A beautiful villa with incredible outdoor space. The pool was amazing! The owner Mariagrazia was brilliant over whatsapp. Enzo, the manager of the property, was brilliant in recommending places to visit. A perfect base to explore South East Sicily at one of the best villas we have ever stayed in.

Great location for exploring Siracuse, Ortigia, beaches and surrounding area. Good communication with agent and owner with great recommendations to eat. Pool was lovely and my only slight citicism would be that the photos don't acurrately reflect that it needs a little TLC. However all in all, great villa. Do try the local shops for real traditional sicilian food and explore Noto, Ragusa and Modica. Our teenagers also loved the waterpark only about 10 mins away for something different! Thanks again.

We loved this spot! The pool was huge and such fun for our teenage kids. We enjoyed taking many fun day trips to Ortigia, inland Sicily, boating, and to the beach. The grounds are lovely — lush and private. We highly recommend this wonderful house.

A lovely, clean house with beautiful gardens and a large pool. Only a short drive from Syracuse.

Wow, we’ve had an amazing two weeks. This villa is stunning, unique, authentic, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is amazing and very large, great for both adults and young children. It’s hidden away down some steps through the palm trees, passed the koi fish pond and many lizards. You will need to hire a car but the remote location is worth it for the stunning views and piece and quite. There are so many places to visit and eating out is superb. There are 5 different places to eat dinner, lunch or breakfast, all are brilliant. The bbq is very good and kitchen and utility is well equipped. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return.

This is a lovely family home with tranquil garden and pool - ideal for those looking to chill out and relax. Ideally placed to visit Syracuse and Ortigia as well as Noto, Modica and Ragusa (as we did during our stay).

We have had a fabulous holiday and the house was really comfortable. There is lots to do if you want to explore Syracusa, Noto or Ragusa but the pool is wonderful if you just want to relax . Mariagrazia was really helpful

We loved our stay in this enormous villa just outside Syracuse. The heating was welcome on an unseasonably cool week in early May.
