Large luxury 4 bedroom villa covering 176sq.m with capability for sleeping 8-10 people. The villa was built in 2009 and is fully furnished, with its own 6 x 4m private pool, patio area and parking space for two cars. With four large bedrooms and three bathrooms, it makes it ideal for families sharing as well as couples. The main living room and bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, along with a wood burning stove and central heating making the property suitable for all year rental. Ithas a quiet location on the corner of the complex with the breakfast terrace facing towards Sunny Beach that captures the early morning sun, and a south facing pool area that maximises the sun throughout the day. It is situated on the Hill Top Villa complex overlooking Sunny Beach and the old town of Nessebar, and views to the hill at Tankovo and Kableshkovo. It is 5 minutes by car from Sunny Beach and the traditional Bulgarian village of Kosharitza. Transfer time from Bourgas airport is 25 minutes. WIFI Internet is provided within the villa.
Please note that both the private pool and complex pool is generally available from end of May until the middle of September, though this can be adjusted for the private pool to suit the prospective booking.

The villa was everything we were looking for. Well equiped and comfortable for a group of 5. The pool and patio were nice to have. Short drive to the beach. Nice cycle path along the main road.

We had a fantastic fortnight at this wonderful villa. Huben the taxi driver took us in to Sunny Beach and picked us up every day. We wanted for nothing and Graeme was very helpful. A real gent. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Graeme.

We had a great time there with our family. The house is located in a beautiful place. We had a great view from our balcony - mountains, amazing sunsets and garden. The villa had everything we needed. When we needed something the owner helped us immediately or sent help as soon as possible.

This house has everything you need to enjoy Sunny Beach without being in the middle of crowds near the sea. The pool area is fairly private, but the patio that faces the sea in the description does not have a sea view and faces the neighbors. Overall this house is a good value.

We had a great time staying in Graeme’s property and would highly recommend it. We particularly loved the old town of Nessebar and the little beach there. Sara, my wife is an artist and uses sea glass to make pictures and greeting cards. The beach at Nessebar was paradise for sea glass hunters.
