Hidden Gem - Waterfront Villa, 2 bedrooms 2 Baths. Sleeps 4

The condo was very well organized, bright and gave a feeling of home.

We spent 2 and a half months in this unit (Dec 14, 2024 to February 28, 2025). It is a top class unit with everything you could ask for : clean, quiet, lot of space, well equiped, very confortable beds and a fantastic owner (Hector) always there to respond to your question.As far as the beach is concerned, we didn't use the private Lakeview beach. We preferred to go to Pepper Park beach (2 min car ride) where there are lifeguards and plenty of parking.So a place that will stay in our memory.Richard (snowbird from up North)

Can’t say enough about our stay at The Sands! Everything was just as the host Hector said it was! Beautiful beach and the community was great also! The condo was very clean and has everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Working with Hector was so easy and he just wanted us to enjoy our time at his condo. He checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I totally recommend staying here in this beautiful condo! We will be back!

The condo was exactly as it appeared in photos. It was large and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One closet was full of beach equipment which our grandchildren enjoyed! Neighbors were extremely friendly and Hector, our host could not have been more concerned that we would have a great get away

Beautiful location, 1 block from the beach. Awesome clean and well stocked condo! Good walking trails and parks close by. Navy Seal museum within walking distance. Loved it!

Our stay on North Hutchinson was the best experience we've had after four previous stays in various locations on the gulf. Hector was wonderful to work with, and provided a well stocked condo with all we needed indoors and at the beach. The location was perfect for us, providing access to tennis and pickleball courts right next to the beach. Great variety of restaurants and parks within a 15 minute drive. Unlike the gulf coast, traffic is minimal. The only down side is that the condo is already booked for next year. Thank you for sharing your condo with us , Hector! Deb & Jon

Hector is a wonderful condo owner. He responses to our every need. Condo came well stocked, best we’ve every experienced. If we ever come back to Ft.Pierce we would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo. Hector called the first day and asked if we had any problems with directions and key codes. We did not. Hector's text message listed everything we needed. The condo was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. There was construction of new storm shutters and window railings, but since we were gone most of the daytimes it didn't bother us.

Knowing that the construction will be finished by then, we hope to return to this same property next winter. It's a nice condo, located well (within 10 minute walk to the ocean beach), clean, and well furnished. The owner was very accommodating and quickly addressed the few glitches we ran into. I loved the heated pool and swam laps every day. We both loved walking the beaches.
