Description

Located on the intercoastal waterway 8 miles South of Downtown Fort Pierce,15 minutes to Hutchinson Island beaches and restaurants, and 20 minutes to downtown Stuart. This is a three story home with the first two floors rented to guests. The top floor is the master bedroom which will be empty but unused. There is a balcony on the second floor with amazing views of the intercoastal waterway. There is one bedroom on the first floor with water view and a bedroom on the second floor with minimalwater views. There is a large living room and kitchen on the second floor with wide water views. There is a long 16 step stairway to get to the second floor. The first floor has a small living room area and home gym with an elliptical machine. The screened in pool area features a large sitting area, bar, storage, and hot tub that looks at the waterway and the beautifully landscaped yard. This property is new to VRBO. The owners however had a property on Nettles island that was on VRBO for several years and received all 5 star reviews.
