The house is located at Kokkinias street in the settlement of Monodendri Hill” in the wider area of Patras. It is situated within a property of 5,000 square meters with an olive grove at a distance of 8 km from the centre of Patras. The house covers an area of 180 square meters. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attic with a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace offering a spectacular view to the Gulf of Patras. The house is 800m away from Monodendri beach and dominates on the top of a hill with cypresses right above the New Patras – Pyrgos National Road. The view to the West embraces the entire Patras Gulf girdled deeper in the horizon by the islands of the Ionian Sea, Ithaca and Cephalonia. The guests’ pets are welcome. Special attention has been devoted to their living conditions and the provision of medical treatment, if necessary.

    This home is very spacious. It has lovely views all around. My colleagues and I enjoyed the stay there the whole time. The host is very friendly and a great person. This place is an absolute treasure.

    Lovely house, with beautiful gardens and delicious own grown veg. There is however a motorway nearby which you can hear if you sit on the balcony. But from the gardens at the back you wouldn’t know it was there.
