Golf Cart Included - Dog Friendly - Near Lake Sumter and Brownwood

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, had comfortable beds, very walkable and friendly neighborhood for walking our dogs, great golf cart provided to get around the villages, close to multiple rec centers and Lake Sumter for music and restaurants. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive to any need or question we had. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time! The location is perfect to get familiar with all areas of The Villages. It was so nice to have the golf car to use as well. The villa is very clean, very well-equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!!

Whole property was beautifully kept and very well furnished. Beds and furniture were also very comfortable. Communication with the owner when needed was also great. Overall experience was outstanding...highly recommend!

We stayed for a week, and felt like home. Designed to be welcoming and cosy, the house was very clean, offered new equipment and all the necessary utilities. Stephanie and Gary were very responsive before and during our stay, answered all our questions and did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

We had a wonderful time at this property in The Villages. This home was spotless, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai in the evenings. Our host was fantastic, friendly, responsive and made sure every detail was taken care of, which mad our stay completely stress free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for relaxing and enjoyable stay in the The Villages.

We can’t recommend this property and these hosts highly enough. We have stayed at another property of theirs before and each one is unique. Spotless, well maintained , with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Location was perfect for us to explore and learn more about the area. We are looking forward to returning.

Property was clean, well stocked/supplied and as described! Perfectly located! Getting gas in golf cart was a hike from property, so be prepared, but no issues whatsoever.

We loved our stay here. What you see in the pictures is spot on if not better once you arrive. The home is clean, well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located. The golf cart is an added bonus. Stephanie was so easy to communicate with and we would very happily stay here again.

Everything was exceptional! I have booked several VRBOs and this was the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Not a spec of dust anywhere (ceiling fans, baseboards, etc). Immaculate! We came to visit my parents who live in the Villages. The property had every cooking utensil and dish that I needed to provide my family a great Christmas dinner. Very close to Sumter Landing square for shopping and food. Wonderful property!

We stayed a month here and loved every minute. The home was as described, and location is great - just 13 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing by golf cart. House was well stocked with spices, creamer, sweetener and coffee. Everything worked well and water pressure is wonderful in the showers. Our little dog loved the neighborhood, as did we; everyone is super friendly. Very nice area to walk in. Porch was lovely for sitting out every morning and reading the paper (you can subscribe to the daily paper easily). Watch the turn signal on the golf cart - it tends to turn on sometimes if you go over a big bump, but it worked fine, and we enjoyed traveling by golf cart. Owners are great to work with, very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Beautiful home! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The setting around the home is so peaceful and private. We traveled with our pet and there were bowls, bags etc for them. I cut my finger and there was even a first aid kit handy. Two coffee makers to accommodate your brew preferences. Very accommodating host, 5 Stars all the way around.

This home is comfy and very welcoming. Everything you need is there! Great location to Sumpter Landing. Stephanie was the perfect host. We were there during the hurricane Helene warning. Stepanie showed great concern and care for our well-being through out the hurricane. Being from Colorado and our first hurricane warning, this made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Stephanie does a fantastic job with her property. It is super clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will stay again in the future because what they offer is consistent. The house is stocked with all the supplies you'd need and the pool is right there along with a rec center. The golf cart is a great add too. We just love it there!!!

The place just like the pictures and the host was awesome. I had a few questions and they quickly answered us. No matter the time, they quickly respond. I would definitely recommend and stay again. R&K
