Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WILL NEVER USE RE/MAX AGAIN!!! Contacted management, did not respond to any of my request!!!!!!!! Was told Ashly or Heather would call me, never called!!! I rent all over east coast, never been treated in this manner before.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was just a quick visit to The Villages to visit old friends so we stayed in The Villages the whole time. Lots of places to eat and the scenery is great. Our rental was in a quiet, nice neighborhood and a very central location.Enjoyed the use of the golf cart that was provided.

The house is on a central location, easy commute to 2 squares with cart that is provided. There is at least 3 pools within 2 minute drive. Entertainment in the squares every night, weather permitting. I would not hesitate to do again !

Perfect layout, perfect amenities and details, comfortable furniture from living room, to patio, to bedrooms, lanai and grill, etc. The power cart was a real bonus and we loved the neighborhood and promixity to the many Village town squares, pools, etc.

Stayed Apr 17, 2021We were delighted with the villa and all the nice amenities, and the supply of necessities til we could get to the grocery. Very roomy and clean. My only “complaint” was that I love to read, and there was only one lamp to read by in the front room, and it was by the sofa. I moved the floor lamp from the one bedroom to beside the chair and bought a bright 3 way bulb. Thank you...Mrs. Dodd ....We loved it and my husband is going to add one observation...The toilet in the hallway bathroom (with tub) needs a new flush ball and flapper in the water chest of the toilet. There was a slow leak which would cause a surge of more water into the water chest. Thank you, Mr. Dodd
