Fripper Upper is a COMPLETELY and TASTEFULLY RENOVATED (end of 2021) 1 king bed/1 full bath FIRST FLOOR CORNER villa with INCREDIBLE marsh, canal, and sunset views!  The current owners purchased at the end of 2020 and spent all of 2021 making the entire villa new, bright, light, andairy.  2025 introduced a new, improved, and slightly larger screened back porch, a new 3-panel slider glass door, a new rear bedroom window, a new back door, new hardie-plank on the back exterior wall, new subflooring, and fresh interior paint throughout most of the condo.  EVERY window allows plenty of light while highlighting the beauty and splendor of the marsh, wildlife, and Mother Nature.  NO PARKING LOT OR STAIRCASE VIEWS - ALL MARSH VIEWS!   NO STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM! (once inside, it's all one level - no hauling luggage up stairs to a bedroom).  Pickleball/tennis courts are in front of the complex with the beach/ocean, adults-only pool and Sandbar, Island Bites food court with food trucks on The Beach Club Greene, The Beach Club Restaurant, Olympic swimming/lap pool, Island Arcade, gym/fitness center, The Resort's Fripp Ship and Salt & Sea Mercantile souvenir/clothing stores, and the heart of Fripp Island just across the street, with MULTIPLE BEACH ACCESSES too!

This villa is truly ONE OF THE BEST Fripp Island has to offer!  However, please note the following:- NO PETS.- NO SMOKING / VAPING / DRUGS.- NO BEACH GEAR inside the villa (this includes beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, canopies, etc.)  Please keep these in your locked vehicle.- NO BAIT OR LIVE FOOD OF ANY KIND inside the villa/fridge/freezer or on the patio. - TWO ADULTS ONLY, 25 years of age or older. - NO 3RD PARTY RESERVATIONS.  The person making the reservation MUST be on the premises the entire duration of the stay.- If renting a golf cart, PLEASE RENT A GAS GOLF CART.  There is not a charging station nor any place to plug in an electric cart!

 
Fripp Island Resort (FIR) Amenity Guest Cards - which allow access to the Resort's on-island pools, bars, restaurants, shops, golf/tennis/pickle ball, and many other amenities - are available for an additional fee (see prices and details below). 
PLEASE NOTE:  Upon request of Fripp Island Resort (FIR) Amenity Guest Cards, a 12.8% Resort Fee is added to the reservation.  This Resort Fee is in addition to the cost of the Amenity Guest Cards, is required by the Fripp Island Resort (FIR), and is 12.8% of the rental rate BEFORE cleaning, taxes, etc.

FRIPP ISLAND RESORT AMENITY GUEST CARDS:  The Fripp Island Resort (FIR) is a private organization that provides additional amenities to Resort members and their guests.  These amenities include golf, tennis, pickle ball, all Resort swimming pools, on-island restaurants and bars, gym/fitness center, Island Bites food court and food trucks, Camp Fripp, Camelot Farms, and Resort rentals/excursions/other activities.  Fripp Island Resort (FIR) Amenity Guest Cards are REQUIRED to access any of these Resort-provided amenities, and EVERYONE 13 or older MUST have one.  Children 12 and under do not need a card but MUST be accompanied by an adult with a Club Card.
PLEASE NOTE:  Upon request of Fripp Island Resort (FIR) Amenity Guest Cards, a 12.8% Resort Fee is added to the reservation.  This Resort Fee is in addition to the cost of the Amenity Guest Cards, is required by the Fripp Island Resort (FIR), and is 12.8% of the rental rate BEFORE cleaning, taxes, etc.

 
Fripper Upper is a member of the Resort, and can offer Fripp Island Resort (FIR) Amenity Guest Cards to our guests!  The Fripp Island Resort will ONLY accept payment for Amenity Guest Cards from us, the member, and the prices are set by the Resort (not us, the member).  You pay Fripper Upper directly for the cards, and Fripper Upper purchases the cards for you from the Resort.  Fripper Upper charges ONLY the EXACT cost of the cards (no upcharging).  Upon arrival, pick up your Amenity Guest Cards from the Resort Office (across the street from the villa).

 
WITH AMENITY GUEST CLUB CARDS:  Ocean Point Golf Course, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Racquet Club, Island Bites food court and food trucks on The Beach Club Greene, Ocean Point Grille, Bonito Boathouse, The Beach Club, The Beach Club Bar, 19th Hole, Ocean Point Starter Shack, Cabana Club, Willie's Wet Bar at Cabana Club, Sandbar at the Beach Club Adult Pool, Ocean Point Pool, Marina Pool, Olympic Lap Pool, Adult Pool, Cabana Club Pools, The Beach Hut (chair/umbrella rentals), Camelot Farms, gym/fitness center, on-island equipment rentals/cruises/excursions.

- January 1st - May 22nd:  Weekly Card (5-8 days) is $39/card and Four-Day Card (1-4 days) is $28/card.
- May 23rd - September 5th:  Weekly Card (5-8 days) is $55/card and Four-Day Card (1-4 days) is $39/card.- September 6th - December 31st:  Weekly Card (5-8 days) is $39/card and Four-Day Card (1-4-days) is $28/card.- November 1st through March 31st:  Monthly Card (10% discount) is $140.  - SAME-DAY GUEST CARD REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR FULFILLED BY THE FRIPP ISLAND RESORT!  Cards must be ordered at least TWO DAYS in advance of reservation start.


Pets - not allowed


If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
