Wake up on Callawassie Island, a private gated 900-acre nature preserve where your stay includes a round of championship golf every single day. This is the Lowcountry the way it is meant to be felt: unhurried, beautiful, and just 25 minutes from Hilton Head.
Our four-bedroom, four-bath waterfront villa was fully renovated in January 2026. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, so each couple or guest getsa private retreat. Sleeps 9 comfortably across 1,700 sq ft, ideal for golf foursomes, multi-generational families, and couples getaways. Out back, a screened porch overlooks a tranquil lagoon alive with herons, egrets, and Lowcountry birdlife.

GOLF, INCLUDED, EVERY DAY OF YOUR STAY
Your reservation includes one round of 18 holes per day for two adults, cart included, on the Callawassie Island Club's three Tom Fazio-designed courses (two recently refreshed in a $4 million renovation). Additional players are just $85 per round. Tee it up every morning, it is already part of your stay. (Courses rest on Mondays for maintenance.)

BRING THE DOG
Well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to two). We just ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds, stay leashed outside, and keep a safe distance from the island lagoons. A simple, pet-friendly home so no one in the family gets left behind.

GOOD TO KNOW
Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM out of respect for full-time island residents.
Smoking is welcome on the screened porch and outdoors, never inside.
This is a peaceful family home, not an event venue, no parties or large gatherings.
Callawassie is a true nature sanctuary (you may spot birds, and yes, the occasional alligator), please enjoy the wildlife from a respectful distance.
2026 golf aeration: courses fully closed July 6-12, with 18 holes reopening July 14. The week of July 6 is a wonderful time to hit the beaches, Savannah, and Charleston, golf is back in full swing right after.
